Villa Rodi is a great option for families, friends and multi-generational groups looking for generous outdoor space and a convenient base for exploring Zakynthos. Sleeping up to nine guests, the villa combines a private pool and spacious gardens with a countryside setting close to many of the island's most popular attractions.

Set amongst vineyards and olive groves, the villa enjoys a rural location while remaining within easy reach of local amenities. A selection of restaurants, shops and supermarkets can be reached in around 15 minutes on foot, while the sandy beaches of Laganas Bay and the waterfront, shops and restaurants of Zakynthos Town are approximately a 10-minute drive away.

Outside, the villa centres around a private swimming pool set within extensive gardens, providing plenty of space for groups to spend time together. A shaded dining terrace and built-in barbecue create a practical setting for alfresco meals, whether enjoying a leisurely breakfast or dining outdoors in the evening.

Inside, bright contemporary interiors provide a comfortable base, with flexible accommodation that includes an additional living area suitable for a ninth guest if required.

The villa is also well positioned for exploring traditional villages, local tavernas and beaches across the island. For larger groups travelling together, neighbouring Villa Orchard can be booked alongside Villa Rodi, allowing guests to stay close to one another while enjoying separate accommodation and outdoor space.

An added advantage is that Rodi could be booked in conjunction with adjacent Villa Orchard for larger groups giving each party their privacy but being able to enjoy their holiday side by side.

Please note: This property has staircase railings that feature larger gaps, reflecting the villa's original or traditional design. Please take extra care in these areas, especially if you are travelling with children. We strongly recommend close supervision at all times.
To access the villa there is a path which is 78cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 78cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and a mixture of tiles and lawn. The pool itself has ladder access. All bedrooms have a door width of 77cm, whilst the ground floor bathroom door is also 77cm wide. There are 15 steps to the first floor.
