Enclosed ground floor patio with garden furniture. Balcony with outdoor furniture. On-site parking for two cars, including one designated space included. No smoking or vaping in the house. Set by the sea in the lovely seaside village of Benllech, this 3-bedroomed ‘upside down’, solar powered holiday house offers spectacular views over the beach and across to Puffin Island and onto Llandudno Great Orme and Colwyn Bay. Beach Cottage has recently befitted from a "top to bottom" renovation with addition of a balcony, state of the art electric central heating which is solar powered. Situated away from the roads and with a private courtyard guarantees peace and quiet.

Now with a balcony off the lounge to maximise views. There is also a ground floor patio with furniture and an useful outside water tap. Easy access within 2 minutes of the dog friendly beach. No smoking in house but of course fine in patio and on balcony.

Golfers and water sports enthusiasts are also well-catered for. The local Storws Wen Golf Club is 1½ miles from the cottage and is open to visitors throughout the year. Anglesey is recognised and protected as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the coastal footpath runs around the island and alongside Benllech Beach. A short walk along brings you to the beautiful neighbouring Red Wharf Bay, where there is a choice of two excellent pub/restaurants. Further afield is historic Beaumaris with its 13th-century castle and the National Trust’s Plas Newydd. Golf, angling and sea fishing available locally. Shop and pub 200 yards, beachside cafe/restaurant 100 yards.

A beautiful upside down property making the most of the amazing views. Comfortable and cosy, the cottage has everything that is needed for a relaxing stay. The views across the beach and bay are breathtaking. Extremely friendly and approachable owners with great communication. It’s a shame that the view from downstairs, outside is not as great due to trees in another property’s garden, and outside space is minimal. Excellent location! Lovely cottage in quiet area with own parking space. Upside down property which means amazing views from the living room to the beach and sea. A few minutes walk to the beach and a nice pub a few minutes walk up the street. Very clean, well equipped and very well thought out. Lovely seating area outside which is a sun trap. Would highly recommend & will definitely return. Perfect relaxing holiday by the sea. Bliss!
