Best of both worlds! Porcupine Shores has an elevated view and access to the water. A dramatic stairway descends along the cliff from the home to the rocky beach.

This property is located on a shelf set within the Niagara Escarpment. A flood-lit cliff looks down on the property which in turn looks down on the beach.

When the wind is up, your background noise is the waves breaking onto the shore. When the lake is calm you can experience a complete lack of sound!
