Situated just 1½ miles from the beautiful Crantock beach and Gannel estuary, it offers a wealth of opportunities to enjoy and explore the delights of Cornwall. Pretty Crantock village boasts two pubs, two tearooms and a well-stocked village shop. The National Trust land and car parks offer direct access to the South Coast Path. Surf and paddle boarding schools run directly from Crantock beach, which is manned by lifeguards throughout the holiday season.
Busy Newquay is only 2½ miles away with its beaches, shops, restaurants and pubs, a zoo, boating lake, sports centre and splash pool. Many other attractions including the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens are all within an easy drive.
The Haven is a delightful 250-year-old farmhouse with tremendous character, set in a well-established south-facing garden, overlooking farmland. The property adjoins the owner’s small apartment. Ample car parking is available. Shop and pub 1½ miles.
