This cottage is simply stunning and has everything you need for a relaxing break.

This cottage is simply stunning and has everything you need for a relaxing break. My only caveat is that if your idea of relaxing is sitting on your phone/tablet/laptop streaming content all day, then this is most probably not the place for you. Whilst it does have internet access, which is more than adequate for basic browsing, checking your whatsapp groups, etc, you've got to remember that this place is in the middle of the Welsh countryside and so doesn't benefit from fast broadband connectivity (that said we managed to stream a live football match on Now TV but we had to put all our other devices into flight mode so there was no competing traffic). The lack of a fast broadband connection would definitely not put me off going back to this cottage, as our intention was for a relaxing break and this place ticks all the boxes. Beautiful views, large and lovely farmhouse, only downside seating in lounge overlooking deck area very uncomfortable. As we had someone partly disabled with us we thought the downstairs bedroom would be ideal but only found out when we arrived that the wet room was at the other end of the house which was not convenient in the middle of the night, it would be a good idea to state this in the advert. Having said that we all had a wonderful holiday in a perfect secluded location.

the cottage had every type of kitchen equipment, but was missing some strange "essentials" the welcome pack of bread butter and jam was very pleasant, but NO salt and pepper, or other fundamental basic kitchen supplies. No soap in any of the bathrooms. There was also no logs, although this was rectified once reported (the other things were not) . The suite in the "sun room" was very uncomfortable, and difficult to deal with.
