Well equipped, cosy cottage.

Well equipped, cosy cottage. The cooker did not have instructions and the microwave was a bit quirky, but neither of these were a problem The weather was awful so we could not take advantage of the walks around the village. Lampeter and Tregaron are not far away, the roads are narrow, however we met very little traffic. Local shop was a 2 minute walk away, ideal for top up stuff like bread, milk and newspapers. Would be lovely in the better weather as the garden and sitting area would be ideal. Very safe for the dog. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A cosy dog fteindly cottage perfect for a relaxing get away. Despite the rainy weather we had a fabulous break. Indeed the rain “forced” us to fire up the log burner, open a bottle of wine & read books and watch DVD’s. We've had a fantastic week at Ivy Bush Cottage.

We've had a fantastic week at Ivy Bush Cottage. Spoke with Diana prior to arrival and all arrival instructions were clear and went smoothly. The cottage is beautiful and well equipped with everything you could need. The location is very quiet, apart from the local barn owl we could hear on a night time, perfect! Loved our stay in this quaint little cottage, on arrival we first spotted our free little basket of goodies one for us and one for our little dog, there was also milk in the fridge, and ready chopped logs for the fire, the cottage was spotlessly clean and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The are 2 pubs in the village we only visited one, The New Inn everyone was very friendly and welcoming, there is also a little shop in the village which has everything you need the shop owner was also very friendly and said if there was anything we needed we only had to ask, lovely stay we will definitely be returning. 😊

Quite rural maybe a little too rural for us however we enjoyed the break & the difference as we personally live near a very busy town centre. Very cosy & relaxed! Inside the cottage for people who are reasonably tall the low beams are a little bit of any issue, in fact my wife caught her head quite badly when dressing one of the boys beds...so please be careful, as she actually suffered with a concussion from the incident.
