This is so far the best Rental Property we have been. Extremely clean, very spacious super comfy, close to everything, great communication with host Liliana, we truly recommend this location if you are traveling to Madrid, hopefully we will come back soon.

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures are accurate and the apartment is centrally located with walking distance to La Gran Via and the center of Madrid. We were 5 guests and there was plenty of room. The place is quiet and great to rest. I highly recommend it and would stay there if I come back to Madrid. Liliana was extremely responsive and very helpful.5 stars!!!

Absolutely beautiful property in a great location. The ample sleeping spaces and number of baths makes it perfect for a group like ours was. Common areas are really comfortable and kitchen well- appointed....I am only sad we didn't have occasion to cook since we were out each night, I would stay there again in a heartbeat! Only glitch was access code had been charged to a different number than our written directions stated- easy mistake to be made and once that was squared away, we were all set!!!Thank you, Liliana, for sharing your lovely home!

Great space for a large group with separation of sleeping and living quarters Open space across kitchen, dining, and sofa arrangements made it an excellent venue for the our big family hanging out Very good location, and we particularly enjoyed the 'Brunch Club' around the corner

The apartment is lovely and spacious. So conveniently located to Gran Via and many safe and fun walking areas and sites. The kitchen has everything we needed and our host, Liliana, was easy to reach and very helpful. We were so lucky to find this place an will come back on our next visit to Madrid!

Very spacious kitchen/ dining area and cosy lounge area. Bright and airy with the 3 small balconies.The bedrooms are at the back of the appartment with the windows facing a small yard/ light well, it is a bit dark in the morning. We loved the appartment, perfect for 7 adults. And the lift opens right into the appartment. Please do take the staircase, it is stunning.

Perfect Grand Via location.

This was a beautiful property and a great location. We waled to the palace and explored the Grand Via area. Very comfortable and great that it has AC during the Madrid heat snap. Highly recommend.

Great apartment in Madrid

Loved the size of the apartment. Lots of room for our party of 6. Location is great. The only issue we had was the apartment above us in the mater bedroom was very noisy all night long.

Stay here!

We had a great week in Madrid. This property is just as listed. The location is so walkable. The metro is five minutes away. Its quiet. There’s room to spread out a bit. A beautiful apartment with a great host.

Disliked: Check-in
Check in was confusing because the instruction was in Spanish. Need to ask host to resend in English. Only one dishwashing detergent per day available. There is no parking at the building, however, public parking is just around the corner, but pricey.Excellent location.
