We absolutely loved this place in the Fontainebleau! The check in was super easy and efficient. Our room was exactly as pictured and described. So perfect! We will definitely be back. Probably the only place I will stay now when I visit Miami.

The unit is spacious and comfortable. Large balcony with beautiful ocean view and view of all the pools. It's on the fifth floor.The kitchen can use more utencils. There were only 2 coffee mugs. Unit includes all of the ameneties of the hotel and even our parking was included, which was a big surprise as it usually costs75/night.

This property was spectacular. Very high end with everything one could ask for. I was a little confused with the check in process since you are connected to the hotel but once I found it, it was smooth sailing. Will definitely book again.

Amazing luxurious suite in historic location

Always wanted to stay in the Fontainebleau where the Rat Pack gathered. I heard Sinatra used to retire to one of the penthouses in the Sorrento tower. This was a nice suite with huge balcony and kitchen. Didn't want to leave the hotel during my stay in Miami beach. Only problem was the bathroom had a pullback shutter above the tub which did not properly close. Would stay here again.

Great Location and Pool

Spent the last 4 days at this property. Pool and view from unit is amazing. Refrigerator did not work and had to throw out my food. Miriam was very attentive and refunded me for my food. Hotel is great but housekeeping is horrible. Checked in room and had no pillows or blanket for pull out, no dishwashing soap, water on floor from broken refrigerator. Worst I have ever encountered. I can only hope something can be done about housekeeping as it was beyond annoying for the money you spend at this property.

This place is "Extremely AWESOME".My wife and I stayed here for our many a year anniversary. Lol We are very seasoned travelers and we have stayed in some the finest hotels available throughout the world.As the husband and as usual for us, I did the booking myself, and therefore, I am usually under a great deal of pressure to get it right..!! Some of you spouses are aware of what I mean by that pressure. LolMy wife had not seen the booking site on-line at all.So I was under the gun as she entered the residence.She walked in and immediately smiled from ear to ear!!Then, she walked out onto the balcony opened up her arms and stated "Now, That's What I am Talking About - Freaking Off the Chain - AWESOME VIEWS"..!!She then stated to me, "My Man, You Did GOOD"!!This place has a perfect viewing directly over the pool and Beach area. It's the perfect floor level from ground to still view the people at the pool and the beach.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place.Thank you for the loan for a short time period.I am originally from the area and we have stayed in many nice places in the area from Miami to West Palm Beach.We will definitely stay here again in the future on a regular basis...My wife has already asked me several times when am I taking her back to Miami and your place again.I don't normally write reviews.I am making an exception because our stay was awesome, plus, you made me look GOOD..!We both Highly recommend your place..!!W

Fontainebleau Miami Beach – Condo Unit Stay

We recently stayed in a condo unit at the Fontainebleau, and while there were definite highlights, the overall experience left something to be desired.The Good:The views were absolutely stunning and the property itself is beautiful. The unit was spacious, quiet, and having a washer and dryer in-unit was a huge plus. It’s also nice that the condo section is a bit separated from the hustle and bustle of the main hotel while still being easily accessible.The Not-So-Good:Unfortunately, the unit was not as clean as it should have been—hairs on surfaces, dirty countertops, and a greasy feel to the kitchen area. The kitchen was poorly stocked: just two forks, three knives, and a few small spoons. A few pots, one pan, two coffee cups, 4 plates and 3 bowls. No dish soap, sponge, or dish towels were provided, which made basic tasks like cleaning up difficult.The Property:There are multiple on-site restaurants and shops, the gym is well-equipped, and the spa is truly beautiful. However, the service overall was surprisingly disappointing for a property with such a prestigious name. The valet situation was chaotic—definitely plan ahead if you need to be anywhere on time. Most of the staff seemed disinterested or unhappy, which created a cold atmosphere. Only two people during our stay actually smiled or seemed welcoming.It’s a gorgeous location with a lot of potential, but for the price and reputation, the service and cleanliness need serious improvement.

I read the reviews on VRBO prior to renting this unit. I can confirm the view is good, there is a pool across the hall. We had no troubles with the elevators on our trip. As noted elsewhere , and quite surprising given it does have a full kitchen , the pots/pans dishes etc were very limited in supply. There were no baking dishes, no colander ,limited cutlery etc. We paid a cleaning fee of something like 220 USD, I wonder if the folks prior to us paid too, if they did the didn't get their money's worth, the kitchen was a bit dirty there were grease marks on the appliances. The upholstery on the dining room chairs is stained and worn, I think the carpet needs replacement. There is a guest services button on the telephone which is your friend, use this if you need any hotel materials like blankets or pillows, also if you need the promo code for the bicycles on the hotel property .Even with a promo code I am not sure I would use the rental bikes on the property, their app is not ready for prime time , go across the street and rent city bikes which you can drop off at many locations in Miami beach and walk or trolley home.The ocean and pools are nice, the pool area can get crowded as can the beach seating area ( probably as crowded on the beach as I have seen ). The boardwalk is about the best thing in the area walking and biking on it was enjoyable.All in all if i was looking for a week away for this price point I would go elsewhere.

Deposit hold $1000!!! And valet parking is $58 a day. So an each $1500 is needed!!! On top of what I paid for the week stay. No laundry soap available. Had to go to CVS & also grocery store. Used same towels all week. If I called For more there would be a housekeeping charge. Also had to buy dishwashing soap to clean dishes. Not allowed to bring all your own food or drinks to pool area and will be harassed if your carrying it to take to beach. The offer chairs but umbrella $27 each. They sell food and drinks but you will pay $$$$$$$. Went to club and paid $50 to enter and paid $21 for a mixed drink and $20 for a can beer. Performer never showed up either… maybe after we left at 0300!? Very crowded young crowd. Must be wealthy to sit at tables… facility was beautiful but pools were like 80-90 degrees!!! Hot ocean and then you think going to pool to cool off it’s just as hot! Like a hot tub! Room needs new carpet and couch… dirty. Also two block away parking garage… just as pricey. I know it’s Miami your gonna pay for parking! Cons: views and quite neighbors. Valet is awesome plp!!!
