Sunset Beauty Full Home with Dock On Lake Placid

Glorious Sunsets!
This single-story home sits on the beautiful 3,320 acre Lake Placid which boasts an immaculate, white sandy beach and a clear sandy bottom. There is no other lake like this in the area!

This is not a "rental Unit" this is our lakehouse that we occasionally rent out so other families can experience making memories there. This home was built in the 60's and maintains the old world charm, while boasting modern amenities. 2 bedrooms and a bath on one side of the house, and the others seperate. Huge Florida room is perfect for watching movies and relaxing after a day on the water. The rear of the home faces west and gives you the most beautiful sunset views!!!

The town of Lake Placid offers many festivals throughout the year. Sebring is 15 miles away. Disney is 90 miles away.

This is the perfect home to spend a romantic getaway or time with family and friends.
