La Solanilla is a rural complex consisting of two houses on a 6000m2 estate. If you have any questions, I would love to tell you in person. My name is Paz. If you prefer to continue reading, I will describe the house:
Clean views of 360 degrees to the Sierra de Guadarrama. Located on a farm just outside the town of Torre Val de San Pedro, 8 kilometers from the town of Pedraza, 20 from San Ildefonso, the Farm, and 25 from Segovia Capital. It is a perfect space to find tranquility.

THE MAIN HOUSE, is perfect for family gatherings or friends with a capacity for 12 people. In the 6000mts2 garden, there is a gazebo for meetings outside, a children's area, a porch, and a barbecue forge. It consists of a large living room with fireplace, dining room for 12 people and kitchen, 4 double rooms with bathroom, 1 double room with bathroom and 1 room with two beds, as well as a sitting area. LA CASITA is a duplex attached to the Main House, with an independent garden of 400 m2, perfect for couples with incredible views of the Sierra del Guadarrama. On the ground floor has living room, kitchen and bathroom, on the top floor has a double bedroom with dressing room and a large window to the Sierra. PHOTOS FROM NUM 2 to 12.

No cumplio con nuestras espectativas........ las superó con creces.

La finca es GRANDE, la casa es GRANDE y muy bonita (las fotos no le hacen justicia) , equipada con todo lo necesario, no falta de nada. Las habitaciones y camas estupendas. Esta en un lugar precioso y con muchas actividades cerca que hacer. El cenador con bbq es un espectáculo. Hemos estado un fin de semana 12 personas y hemos tenido una estancia perfecta. Totalmente recomendable. La única parte negativa es no poder haber podido disfrutarla más tiempo 😊 Muchas gracias por acogernos.

Una casa fantástica en un sitio precioso

Nos ha encantado la casa, bien puesta, con una barbacoa que funcionaba fenomenal, la propietaria nos ha ayudado mucho y nos ha permitido salir un poco más tarde. Mil gracias. No sé si repetiré (es muy grande) pero seguro que la recomiendo. En cuanto a la ubicación, perfecta cerca del pueblo pero no en el centro, el pueblo muy cuidado y bonito. Fin de semana redondo.
