Jim and Cyrila Pycha with their son Matthew and daughter Angela live in Hawaii, specifically the Garden Island called Kaua`i. Jim was a Mayo Clinic patient cared for the best medical onocolgy team. He is doing very well now. During our 4.5 months here in Rochester, we became enamored with Mayo Clinic's amazing organized system, it's efficiency, Rochester the "Med City", it's people, the culture and the different seasons! We truly felt the "Aloha spirit" here!
