This property was perfect for what we needed while my husband had appointments at the Mayo Clinic. It was quiet and allowed him to rest. Emily was very responsive and helpful when we needed to extend our travel plans. We will stay here again for any future appointments!

Excellent! Very well stocked kitchen untensils/appliances/pans I could actually cook in, comfortable all the way around. Perfect for my husband and I and our dog. VERY clean house and nice quiet neighborhood. Just booked another stay!

There were many thoughtful touches that showed the host cared about her guests. We were there for a visit to Mayo and this property is conveniently located. I appreciated the host letting us extend our stay when we were required to stay longer than originally planned. The only minor short coming was that the kitchen had just one small saucepan, a couple of small frying pans but no large pots, mixing bowls or dishwasher. Otherwise the kitchen was adequately equipped. We would choose this property again.

The host communicated with us throughout the trip. She made us feel welcome and reassured us that if there was anything we needed that she'd be there to make sure to that she would get it done.
