With this 2800 square feet 2 bedroom plus1 private LOFT, 2.5 baths of up-scale living space, this gorgeous villa is ready for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The second floor is a Great Room that includes kitchen, dining, and living room area, 1/2 bath, fireplace and washer/dryer.

The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances , pot filler, separate wine & beverage fridges, granite counter tops and built in refrigerator.

Flat screen TV’s are in every bedroom and in loft area.
Sonos Music system available for use, along with wireless.


You will enjoy the company of friends and family in the modern, open floor plan.
This is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the great outdoor activities in the Enchanted Mountains of Cattaraugus County, New York. You can walk to all of Ellicottville's charming shops and excellent restaurants.

Great Family Getaway

We had 2 families stay over New Years. This property was excellent...probably the best we’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen was better than my own. The entire place was spotless and well equipped. Highly recommend!

Once a year we go to Holiday Valley for a family vacation. This chalet was perfect for our needs.It is absolutely beautiful !!! Great layout. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen is a dream. Everything you need to entertain Sound system was a nice addition !! My husband and I loved the studio apartment downstairs so we could retreat early. The owners were very accommodating. I would recommend this to anyone !!! We will be staying here again next year !!!

It's all about spending time together. A job transfer took us away from the area but left us with a desire to be back in this enchanted area of Ellicottville. Have loved introducing ourselves to all the wonderful things the region has to offer. Ellicottville, NY - "you can check out any time you like, but you can never leave!"

Why they chose this property

The nicest accommodations bar none. Nice easy walk to and from town. Views of the slopes while sitting in your family room quick ride to the Seneca casino if you prefer to take your chances with lady luck!

What makes this property unique

Spacious, private and quiet. Stay in and relax or leave for a day of shopping, visiting, or even gaming. Walking distance to the downtown scene. Keep you car parked & walk or bike ride to the village. This is not a hotel room, and you will quickly see that once you arrive.
