About this property

Gîte "La Petite Touline", on the GR 34, 600 m from the Gulf of Morbihan

Our cottage is located in the pretty hamlet of Meriadec, 600 m from the Gulf of Morbihan and its coastal paths. We rent from Saturday to Saturday and we also accept Holiday vouchers!

The gîte "La Petite Touline" is classified 3 stars in the French national classification and three keys with "Clévacances" of which we are members. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
Our cottage also benefits from an ideal setting, in a peaceful and rural environment and has a small private garden. The GR 34 passes in front of the house.
We offer a 60 m2 gite for 4 people with a 25 m2 living room, fully equipped American kitchen and 2 double bedrooms on one level. The rooms are equipped with their own bathroom with sink, shower and toilet.
The very bright gîte gives access on one level to a terrace and its small garden.
A 40 m footpath leads to the gîte from the street. A parking space is available at the entrance to the access road.

The accommodation is equipped with central heating and all comforts: TV, WiFi, barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, etc.

One kilometer to the north is the pretty village of Baden, which offers all amenities. The immediate environment also offers riding school, 18-hole golf course, tennis, water sports.

It is possible to subscribe to optional services:
- cleaning fee: € 55 (cleaning the oven and the barbecue is your responsibility)
- bed linen rental: 20 € per bed and per set. In this case, the beds are prepared for your arrival
- bathroom linen rental: € 9 per set

The prices on this site (Homelidays / Abritel) include the electricity, heating, water and TV / wifi package.

Agréable séjour malgré le temps. Tour du golfe du Morbihan en bateau avec pause sur l'ile aux moines. Visite des villes de Vannes, d'Auray. Pour finir Quiberon et st pierre de quiberon. Beaux endroits mais beaucoup de vent. Voilà.

Joli gîte au calme absolu

Très belle expérience dans ce gîte tout à fait conforme aux photos . Dans un hameau au calme et près de toutes les curiosités, nous avons passé une super semaine . Un petit coin de paradis

Le gite est tel que sur la présentation. Aucune mauvaise surprise...Parfaitement situé, un peu excentré dans un petit bourg tranquille et agréable. Le gite est très bien équipé et vraiment agréable à vivre. Très bon échange avec le gérant qui s'est montré arrangeant. Nous retiendrons cette adresse et reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour tester le gite de 10 personnes.

Doppelhaushälfte in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in rückwärtiger Lage eines Doppelhauses. Über einen kurzen Pfad gelangt man vom eigenen Parkplatz zur Wohneinheit mit kleinem Garten. Dort stehen 2 Liegestühle, 4 Stühle mit Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Grill. Dieser Bereich ist sichtgeschützt bepflanzt und gemütlich. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Badezimmer (Dusche und WC). Das andere Zimmer ist eine Kombination aus Küche, Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Es ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber und alles an Utensilien da, was man für einfaches Kochen benötigt. Meriadec liegt direkt am Golf von Morbihan, es lässt sich gut dort wandern, die Natur ist wunderschön. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war reibungslos und vor Ort persönlich und nett (in englisch ).Wir haben uns 2 Wochen wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft bedingungslos weiter empfehlen.

Gîte au calme, confortable, spacieux et très bien équipé.

Le gîte est situé dans une jolie maison au calme. Il est aménagé avec goût, très fonctionnel et propre. Le petit coin jardin est très agréable. Bien que le gîte 4 personnes soit mitoyen avec le gîte 6/8 personnes, il n'y aucun vis à vis, c'est chacun chez soi. L'accueil a été tout à fait chaleureux. Le fait d'avoir 2 salles de bains/WC est un vrai plus, en particulier quand on voyage avec un enfant, sans parler du lave-linge (petit bémol pour les petites odeurs d'humidité dans une des salles de bains cela dit). La literie est confortable. La proximité avec le sentier côtier est appréciable pour les promenades. Le gîte est néanmoins assez loin du centre de Baden (qui est petit) mais cela ne nous a pas gênés (il faut une voiture ou au moins un vélo). Nous recommandons sans aucune réserve ce gîte tout à fait cosy.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, avec un très beau temps en prime. Logement fonctionnel et agréable, au calme. Nous avons bien profité du petit jardin clos avec 2 enfants en bas âge. Sentier côtier à 10 min à pied, qui mène à une agréable plage de sable fin. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Une très bonne adresse !

Un gîte lumineux et agréable à vivre, fidèle au descriptif du site. La literie est de bonne qualité, tout comme l'ensemble des équipements. Le quartier est très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Nous avons été gentiment accueillis par le propriétaire. La maison est idéalement située pour partir en balade sur le GR34, le footing et les différentes visites au coeur du Golfe.

Great, nice, clean, large!!!

We had a lovely stay in this modern and cosy house. Big space, everything was nicely decorated. Good kitchen great large rooms, nice garden. Beautifull and with great hospitality!!! Thanks to the owners.. Bretagne was very nice, we have enjoyed our stay, there is alot to see aand to do, and then every day coming home in Rue de Lenn. Thanks a lot!!
