Rawai: New villa near a beautiful beach

Beautiful 3 bedroom property located within walking distance to Rawai Beach and only a few minutes drive to Nai Harn Beach. Close to all amenities such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, markets of fresh local produce and fish.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

We will be at the property for check-in and check-out.
We are at your disposal in case of problems during your stay.
A deposit of 500 euros will be asked upon your arrival, it will be returned to you upon your departure.
Electricity is not included in the rental price, electricity is not expensive at all in Phuket, only 5 baht from Kw.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Flexible entry and exit times if possible.
No extra charge for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected.
