I wish you 100% sunny days but if you should have to wait out a cloud or two this unit has the electronics to enjoy the wait. Key less, card less entry eliminates 'lost in the sand' or 'whose got it?' scenarios between guests. Growing up here gives me the advantage of knowing just what it takes to have available for maximum fun for your time, please allow me to share that with you on your stay.

Awesome!!!

This was the "best vacation, ever" according to our two teenagers!!! Pinnacle Point is a great family-friendly environment away from the hustle and bustle of PC Beach but close enough to easily enjoy the attractions and shopping. We were Very pleasantly surprised!!! This location is reasonably priced for all of the beauty and ammenities! We are looking forward to coming back for another stay!!!

Very accommodating owner

The condo was just as expected from the listing provided. The condo is supplied with all you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The entire building lost air conditioning for several days. The owner Mike went out of his way to purchase three air conditioning units to make the temps much more bearable. Overall a great experience.

Take only the essentials

If you are looking forward to going to a beach vacation, but dread dragging beach supplies (chairs, umbrellas, tent, EZ up tent, beach toys, snorkling equipment, beach games, sunscreen and even aloe vera). This property has everything you need, only requiring you to bring your essentials. Water so clear you are able to see so much sea life (dolphins, sting rays, jelly fish, crabs, and shells) Property owner is very easy to contact, and communication helps clarify and make a vacation even more relaxing!!!!

Difficult Owner

Air wasn’t working. When tried to get fixed, owner tried to make us feel sorry for him because of how much he paid in ownership fees. We weren’t asking for money back, just to have some air. Then, he kept telling us how he did his own cleaning. Not professional. We had one week out of the yr to not work & have some rest. We know what it’s like to have bills & problems & didn’t need to be burdened with his. Then he was telling us how that week he was having surgery. I guess another way to get sympathy. We just wanted air & a nice week away from our hectic lives. We stay at Pinnacle Port every year but will never stay in this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo so much! It is exactly as pictured in the listing. It is fully equipped with everything you might need! I really appreciated having the extra supplies like toilet paper, paper plates, etc... My husband and kids really enjoyed the big TV's!! The beach was beautiful! We would definitely like to stay here again!

This was a great property and location and the owner was easy to communicate and work with

This rental did not lack for anything. The owner made sure all was provided right down to shampoo and soap! The unit was perfect for two couples and Pinnacle Resort is a great complex. Will definitely be back!

Good Times

Great location with easy access to the beach. Food options nearby were scarce, so we ended up eating in more often than typical on vacation. PCB restaurants were crowded with 2+ hour waits, Seaside was the same. There is a dope BBQ joint nearby which kind of saved us a few times. Condo was sweet with good views and all the accomodations. We were made aware on arrival that the AC was underperforming and therefore there were loud portable units going on and off all night which made it difficult for some to rest.

Pinnacle Port was amazing!

I absolutely fell in love with this location! The beach, an inlet, a lake & a gated community made for a small crowd & a fantastic vacation! The owner of Penthouse 21 was kind, honest, and went above & beyond to stock our condo with so many extras. Mike really cares about his condo. He was a phone call away when we couldn’t get our wifi to work. He went out, bought equipment & had it fixed within an hour of us contracting his cell phone. I can’t recommend this property enough & I could go on & on about how awesome Mike is! I’ve been going to Destin/ Panama City area my whole life & I think I’ve found my go to from now on.

Loaded condo & beautiful beach

I like to leave honest & detailed reviews so here's the good & bad: Good- less crowded PCB location, condo has tons of extras for the beach/kids, pool was large & heated, beautiful balcony views, quiet (didn't hear tons of neighbors), outside of the main PCB strip but close enough to it to drive there if you wanted to, shower/hose at beach access, in a gated community Bad- elevators can get backed up with a line of people, master shower head & bathroom sinks very weak water pressure..... That's about it lol *Great condo with loads of extras for the kids. Will definitely try to stay here again!

Love all the extras!

We had a great experience at the Penthouse 21 condo... I was so thankful for the extra special stuff that the owner did to make our stay great... I mean toliet paper, paper towels, paper plates, laundry stuff, garbage bags even little shampoos and conditioner and deodorant... plus my kids loved loved the skim board and beach toys.... we loved the chairs and the smaller cooler that was easier to carry than our big one and beach cart was nice.... also my boys loved that the condo had you tube and smart TVs and gaming stuff x box and play station...probably the only negative was the elevator can get behind and you have to wait a little but we had no complaints on the condo and we are super grateful to have found this one... thank you soo much for a great stay!

Just bring your suitcase!

First of all , Mike Goodman is a war vet! Second , This was my family's vacation away from my wife's cancer treatment. We have stayed in this building many times and when I say this I mean it, I have never seen a more well stocked condo , EVER! Mike literally stocked that place with everything but your suitcase. His customer service is excellent and you can tell he puts his full effort into making sure you enjoy your stay. Place was spotless also! I promise don't bring a thing but the suitcase! We have already booked him for next year!

WOW! The views of this condo are just like the photos and well worth the price of admission! Two AMAZING views out either side of the condo with balcony & chairs. Michael is a true vacation rental by OWNER! (this place is not run by a rental agency). He personally tends to the property and lives close by. He gave great restaurant recommendations. Our favorite restaurant was Shades Bar & Grill in Inlet Beach and we also enjoyed Diegos Burrito Factory & Sandbar Seafood & BBQ joint. Michael has SO MANY extras available in his condo just as he lists. Chair and umbrella rental are $40 on the beach- but he has them in his closet for you as well as beach towels. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked most days and nights. He even has an air fryer!! The coffee maker was a treat. Location was perfect-away from the super busy tourist area but an easy drive to PCB. Pool was lovely and well maintained. We drove to St Andrew's Island State Park one day & also walked short hikes at Camp Helen State Park another day. We hope to be back one day!

Why they chose this property

It is one of the more inclusive family oriented facility on Panama City Beach. A salt water lake (Lake Powell) behind for fishing, boating and exploring. The Gulf of Mexico in front with it's warm southerly breezes and soothing surf to pour over your ears and body. Great place to explore, swim, fish, and experience a slice of heaven without leaving far from the comfort of your beds and kitchen.

What makes this property unique

Lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, fishing, crabbing, canoeing, saunas, weight room, relaxing. And did I, no place like it. I and my team do the cleaning and maintenance, so no generic sheets and towels that service companies only provide, here you get Solid quality with the comfort you deserve, if a lightbulb is out or something is broken, I fix and repair on the spot, we have been doing this for many years and have a competitive system that works well for everyone.
