A really excellent quiet apartment close to the centre of Salamanca

The apartment is exactly as described and pictured on the website. It is modern, well designed, beautifully decorated and furnished and superbly equipped. It is served by three lifts, so no problem with luggage or shopping and stairs. It is fully air-conditioned, the units are quiet and effective. The location is within easy walking distance of the Plaza Major and is perfect for sightseeing. Pablo provides a wealth of useful local information and any help and advice required during the stay. My daughter and I had a wonderful six days in Salamanca at this apartment and recommend it fully, a definite 5 stars plus.

Gute Lage, sehr netter Kontakt

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentrumsnah und doch sehr ruhig durch das Dachgeschoss (es gibt einen Lift). Zu Fuß kann man in 5 Minuten zum Plaza Mayor laufen. Sehr schöner Balkon mit super Aussicht! Der Besitzer Pablo ist sehr nett und hilft jederzeit mit Ausflugstips weiter und spricht deutsch. Gerne wieder. :-) Durch die zwei Schlafzimmer und großem Wohnzimmer gut für Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

El piso situado en el corazón de la ciudad, todo limpio y tuvieron un detalle precioso a la llegada. Súper amable Pablo, explicándonos las zonas de interés. Si volvemos, repetiremos seguro!!

No disteis ningún problema y dejasteis el ático muy bien al marchar. Os merecéis sinceramente ser recomendados ante cualquiera.

Excellente location

L'appartement de Pablo est lumineux et calme. Son très bon niveau d'équipement le rend très confortable et fonctionnel. Cerise sur le gâteau, la vue depuis le balcon vous confirmera que l'appartement est très bien situé. Nous avions prévenu Pablo de notre heure d'arrivée; il nous attendait et nous a dirigé vers son emplacement de parking en sous-sol.C'est le moment de souligner que cet appartement a un dernier atout : l'engagement de ses propriétaires Pablo et son épouse. Un accueil comme le leur est rare; leurs marques d'attention, leur disponibilité méritent sans réserve, ces quelques lignes de louanges.

Vous êtes des hôtes très aggréables, calmes, polis qu'un amphytrion serait, comme nous, enchanté d'avoir, en plus en laissant l'appartement dans des très bonnes conditions quand vous êtes partis. Quand je me suis rendu avec 14-16 ans aux installations du CLMP (Centre Loisirs Midi-Pyrenées), j'ai entendu parler de la "courtoisie française", et j'ai vu avec vous que ça continue :-) J'espère que le remboursement de la caution arrivera bientôt. Beautiful apartment in great location!

We had a great stay at the penthouse. The apartment is close to the Old City and all attractions, very clean, and has a wonderful patio with a great view of the Cathedral. Pablo and Belen were extremely kind and helpful with advice on activities. Highly recommend.
