The spacious living area of over 40 m² includes a cosy corner and dining space, furnished in modern Danish summerhouse style with a focus on design, quality, comfort, and warmth. From the living room and one bedroom, there is direct access to the terrace. Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump and underfloor heating in all rooms, plus a wood-burning stove. A separate building, connected via a covered terrace, houses the large spa, sauna, and activity room. Here you can enjoy a bar area with four bar stools, table tennis, billiards, and Wii games. Entertainment includes high-speed, unlimited internet and TV with a wide range of Danish and international channels via Telia box. The natural plot is open and flat, offering swings, a sandbox, a slide, and a fire pit, perfect for outdoor fun. Guests should bring their own gas for the gas grill. A mobile dog enclosure is available in the garden, making it pet-friendly. This property is not rented to youth groups, ensuring a quiet and relaxing stay.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
