We loved our stay in this apartment in the middle of old town. It’s well located for restaurants, station and the marina. The rooftop balcony has amazing views of Genoa and the apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Mirko is a great host and the check in process was very smooth.

Great priced accommodations in the center of old Genoa. Good sized place for 2 with the bedroom and bathroom on floor 1, kitchen on floor 2, nd rooftop deck above. I am a bit of a nervous traveler when it comes to wanti.g the logistics to work out. Mirko gave extremely detailed instructions for check in and answered all of my questions quickly. Bit of a climb up the stairs, but I highly recommend this property.

An amazing place, right in the middle of everything. Yes there are a lot of stairs. And yes there are some Ladies on the little streets, but the disappear in the evening, but I would stay here again! Mirko was a great host, easy to contact, gave very detailed instructions, and just made my short trip to Genoa amazing.

The apartment was awesome. It was spotless, with full kitchen, comfy bed, and incredible views from the rooftop patio in the heart of the neighborhood. Mirko was incredible and proactive with the communication, providing step by step guides (with pics) to help you navigate the windy alleys.

Magical Apartment in Old Town Genoa

This place is really special! Great apartment that is spacious, quiet and very comfortable to stay in. Yes there are many stairs but well worth the climb. The rooftop patio has a quite unbelievable view of Genoa. From this location it was very easy to walk everywhere and explore the city. Just around the corner are so many great places to eat. Mirko was extremely helpful with his communication and that made it easy to find the apartment and check in. I would stay here again if I could!

Super

The apartment is in the middle of the old port center of Genoa. It has no elevator and the atmosphere is exactly like an ancient port city. The interior is spread over three levels and is not modern, but very comfortably furnished. I felt at home here. I will gladly come again.

Thomas è stato un ospite perfetto, ma anche un amico, che ha preso cura della casa , l'ha curata e la vissuta al meglio. Sono veramente grato e onorato di averlo conosciuto. Sarà sempre il benvenuto come ospite e come amico.

What a special place. Everything was as described and even better. Really got to experience what it’s like to be in the heart of the city. Lots of stairs but well worth it -especially for the roof patio with spectacular views. It’s nice to relax and listen to the sounds of the city up there. Mirko was very responsive and helpful. He pays attention to all the details like setting tue table for morning coffee which is provided. And there’s a water filter pitcher in the fridge, towels provided, and the bed is very comfortable. The apartment is also more spacious than I’d imagined. Only downside is I was only there for a couple of nights. Hope to make it back someday to stay longer.

Mirko is an excellent, helpful, and attentive host. He makes sure you know everything you need to, and all the extras too. The apartment is in the center of town, literally steps to everything you could possibly want to see (and a few you might not—don’t let the prostitutes put you off, they are common in Genoa the guidebooks say). The kitchen is plenty large enough to make your own pasta and sauce, and the deck is great for morning coffee. Be aware: the stairs are no joke, and the ones to the roof deck are especially narrow and steep. This is a place for people who are in good health, but perhaps not great for anyone frail or with balance issues. Enjoy the museums, palazzos and history of Genoa with this affordable and gracious hideaway! Thank you, Mirko!

Adorable Apartment in Genoa

Mirko was attentive. He was prompt with directions and suggestions. We were thrilled to enjoy a glass of wine on the apartment’s rooftop garden. The apartment was adorable and spotlessly clean.

Superba Genova

Grazie Mirko!
