The house was extremely comfortable for two couples, bathrooms were very nice, apartment was lovely, nicely decorated, and located in great area. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tourist attractions, and public transportation. Neighborhood was safe and clean and quiet.

We spent Semana Santa in Seville this year visiting our daughter who is studying there. This was the perfect location for our visit. Seville is very busy during this time and this apartment was perfect in every way. The location is ideal… within a short walk of the Cathedral, Alcazar, the River and all the major attractions and processions, yet on a relatively quiet residential street that is off the beaten path. It’s close to restaurants and shops for your needs and the management was easy to reach and extremely responsive. Everything was perfect and we recommend it to you without any reservations whatsoever.

Great location, institutional flat.
Sevilla is a wonderful town, and the flat is in a very good location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. It was also clean, and everything worked, but it was charmless and institutional. This flat is not run by a host but rather by a management company which seems determined to keep costs down, so it is minimalist in the small details. There was a two-burner cooktop but no oven in the kitchen. We asked the check-in agent for a toaster oven but it was not in the cards. People who want to cook will find the tiny kitchenette barely workable.

This property was perfectly located! It was super close to dining, shopping, Plaza de Toros, and all other main Seville attractions. We never had to catch a cab anywhere. Everywhere we went was walkable. We loved sitting on the balcony every evening and watching the lovely people going to the bull fights. One of the drains in the shower backed up the first day, but someone came over immediately to fix the problem. The only complaint we had was that it was quite loud all hours of the day and night, but we eventually got used to the noise and it seems as though Seville never sleeps so we just stayed up with everyone else! I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We loved it!
First of all the staff are 5* rated as they were professional, prompt,courteous and helpful at all times. The property is also 5* as it was a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral , a block from the river, grocery store around the corner and an abundance of restaurants to choose from, all in easy walking distance. The apartment was also quite quiet and shady which was a blessing since the temperatures were in the mid to high 30s Celsius during our stay.
What prevents me from a full 5* rating were a couple of things. One there was one neighbor above us who seemed to want to what sounded like moving furniture at 11pm and it happened consistently during our stay and it does speak to the fact that insulation was thin in the apartment as it didnt take much for sound to travel between walls. It would have been nice if the TV had access to things like Netflix, Amazon Prime etc as all the channels were in spanish and during hot evenings when it was just too warm to go walking about a little entertainment diversion would have helped. The water pressure was occasionally inconsistent in terms of temperature and/or pressure.
The apartment would be fine for a family of 4 or perhaps 2 couples but as is typical for rentals that we've seen in Spain they tend to be more compact than what North Americans are used to. The other common thing we've seen is no oven, yes a cooktop and microwave.
