Villa Ginestra is located on the beach, facing the cobalt blue sea of Stromboli, among the magnificent colors of nature and the scent of broom, on the slopes of the volcano. It enjoys an excellent location, ideal for families, it can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.
Arranged on two levels, Villa Ginestra offers a panoramic terrace with patio, equipped with table and chairs, a bright dining room with functional kitchen equipped with electric oven, fridge, freezer, extendable table, sideboard, pantry.
It has a large quadruple bedroom on the upper floor and a spacious bedroom on the first level. Both have air conditioning and LED TV. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy service. FREE WI-FI!

Gute Lage, zu teuer, praktisch nur ein Raum

Die Lage war wie beschrieben direkt am Strand. Es liegt am äußersten Rand des langgezogenen Dorfes. Es handelt sich bei dem Haus um ein " Reihenhaus", rechts und links sind also noch Nachbarn auf den Terassen was bei uns kein Problem war. Der als geräumiges Schlafzimmer beschriebene Raum ist eher klein und hat kein Fenster, nur eine Lüftungsluke, daher wurde die Tür bei uns nie geschlossen. Bei dem anderen "Schlafzimmer " handelt es sich um eine Gallerie, also alles offen , keinerlei Privatsphäre. Verglichen mit den Hotelpreisen im Oktober auf der Insel haben wir viel zu viel für dieses Einraumhaus bezahlt, wir hatten uns mehr erhofft und fühlten uns von der Beschreibung in die Irre geführt.

Villa Ginestra è la dimora ideale per famiglie in quanto dispone di un’ampia camera matrimoniale al piano superiore con finestra sul davanti e sul retro, ed è molto luminosa proprio perché aperta come tutte le costruzioni in tipico stile eoliano ed inoltre dispone di una camera più piccola al piano inferiore. Come si evince dalle immagini fotografiche La Villa ha anche ambienti aperti ed è per questo che viene scelta da famiglie in quanto non facilmente condivisibile da coppie o amici che hanno bisogno di privacy. Le famiglie la scelgono sempre con piacere perché è molto accogliente e comoda essendo a pochi metri dal mare. Ci dispiace che non abbia soddisfatto le Sue esigenze, Cordiali Saluti
