This exclusive and stylish rustic villa for 8 people with its beautiful private pool and private tennis court and mountain views is the perfect place for guests looking for relaxation, fun and sports.

Private pool -
The villa has its own large heart-shaped pool and a separate shallow kitty pool, perfect for small children to play and swim.

Both pools can be heated via a pool heater. This is especially true in the winter months when using the pool necessary.
The cost of pool heating can be requested from the owner


Pool cascade/waterfall​ feature-
There is a large waterfall/cascade​ feature which transposes a relaxing atmosphere as the water runs down the volcanic crafted stones and into the water in the main pool.


Private tennis court

Since 2022 the tennis court has been
equipped with new subsurface and new artificial turf
Due to its international dimensions, it also qualifies for professional tennis
play. Tennis rackets that are regularly re-strung and new tennis balls are available to guests



Private Children’s Play Area -

Small children will have a great time as there is a wonderful play area integrated into the outdoor area. It has two slides, tunnels, etc.
A playhouse for children is located in the pool area

Main House with apartment (flat)

The property consists of the main house with pool area and a fully equipped
separate apartment with its own terrace area.
This arrangement makes it possible to achieve privacy.
From the 7th person onwards, the flat will be booked automatically and there will be no additional costs. The flat is only available for up to 6 guests for an additional charge. You can find out the costs from the owner
