Villa De Cubas is a modern, European designed luxury villa. Constructed with stunning coastal views and is located on the outskirts of Villaverde. It is no more than a 10-15 minutes drive from El Cotillo and Corralejo. The villa includes a very spacious open plan lounge, equipped with 65" smart TV, Satellite, BluRay DVD, Wifi internet. It has a fantastic fully equipped contemporary kitchen/diner which seats 12 and 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Master bedroom wing has it own dressing room/bathroom/TV/DVD. Villa de Cubas has a fantastic overall living space that measures 380sq.m. The gardens boasts a large 66m2 (11m x 6m)swimming pool that includes a shallow end for children which is solar heated with electric back up for winter months. There is a poolside Shower/WC, a BBQ and covered terrace with table and chairs and an extensive sun terrace on two of the levels. please feel free to enquire about its availability and take advantage of Villaverde’s luxury spacious villa!

Very good communication. Facilities exactly as described. Local manager very helpful. Property clean and well presented. Location instructions were out of date as they mentioned turning immediately after a restaurant (*which is no longer there). Having comfortable seating outside on the patio would make what is a great villa into a truly excellent one. We had a really good holiday. Thank you

It certainly had the wow factor. Lots of space and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning and no fans. We did end up buying fans. Other than that perfect place to stay.

This was our third stay at the villa and we have nothing but praise for the villa, and the responsiveness of the owner and local agent. All made for a relaxing stay in a spacious villa with easy access to the local resorts.

Spacious villa in a great location

Our first ever trip as a family overseas, and not disappointed by Fuerteventura. This villa is a good spot if you want to travel between coasts and get away from the crowd. Lots of space, great pool area etc. IT/TV system is all a bit outdated so bring your own laptop to hook up or favourite DVDs etc if you want the options of a movie night. However, it’s a super smart villa in a great location and perfect for large groups or a couple of families.

What a villa!

Had the most amazing stay! The villa was perfect for our group of 9 people. It is so clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outside area and pool is absolutely stunning. The pool itself is big and loo and warm. The beds are really comfortable. The weather was very unpredictable this week but we had great fun and managed some sea swims. We had some fabulous meals at cafe canela in lajares and also a fabulous pizza pasta place across the roundabout from the hyperdino in lajares. Their pizza/ pasta were amazing and the staff lovely! We will be back!

The perfect place

The review of this property is definitively easy to write. For us, family with teenagers, was the perfect place to stay. The villa is more beautiful than what you see from the pictures and perfectly clean. The space is more than enough. Location allows to relax reading in silence sun bathing or swimming but also to go easily to the sea and trekking. Cities and related shopping and restaurants are a few minutes away. The communication was fast, gentle and easy. Thanks!

A Truly Memorable Family Stay – Highly Recommend

Just returned from an amazing family holiday at this stunning villa. It is huge, very private, peaceful, and spotless. Gave us Love Island vibes. We had a check-in issue, but the host responded immediately and resolved it. Great customer service.The villa is mostly quiet. Locals have dogs, and the nearby kennels can be noisy briefly around 5 PM. WiFi is decent at 16 Mbps in the living room. VR gaming worked well. Mobile 4G was strong throughout.The top bedroom offers breathtaking 360 degree views. Perfect for morning coffee. The spacious ground floor bedroom with en suite was a favourite. Pool was ideal in April. Warm, clean, and perfect for kids and adults. Plenty of space around it too.Kitchen is large and well-equipped, though a few extras would help. Sharper knives, garlic press, whisk and metal trays. The information book is a lovely touch but needs updating. Tiggy the cat and a recommended restaurant appear gone.Great bakery nearby and Mercadona in Corralejo is excellent for a big shop. The BBQ was well used and appreciated. Watch for ants - keep crumbs at bay!Would love to see a floor plan and maybe a pump for inflatables. All in all, a brilliant stay. Thanks to hosts David and Marget Allen. We would gladly return.

The best way to escape the cold weather in Germany

We rented the villa de Cubas for 9 nights in December 2024. The verry big house is really nice for larger groups. The location is great for exploring the island. Quite modern interior design. The pool was clean and also well heated which was great for the cloudy days. Nothing major to complain about. Just some small things that we noticed: Unfortunately we had some days of rain. During this time the whole outside area got realy slippery. A water wiper for the ground would be good. Also the stove in the kitchen was a little bit borderline from performance point of view. I read similar reviews before and i dont know when the gas bottle was changed the last time, but pressure was good and constant over time. So i think there are the wrong nozzles installed in the burners. There are special ones for the different gas types (natural gas, Butane, Propane) due to the differend higher heating values. Also a vacuum cleaner whould have been nice. After a few days of living, especially with the fine dust, a short round with the vacuum cleaner would have been cool. Just some small details, nothing that would have made our stay less enjoyable. Thank you for having us, we will come back some day.

Not as peaceful as we had expected/hoped for...

We stayed at Villa de Cubas for seven days (March 13-20 2019) & was generally a wonderful experience. The villa is very spacious, spotless & well appointed. Unfortunately, the pool rapidly cooled down & was not heated (mains power back-up) for two-three days out of the seven days we had requested during our stay. Also, to the front of Villa de Cubas there is currently another villa being built approximately 100 metres away (building site) Thankfully, this is a temporary glitch, however, we do think prospective renters should be informed. Approximately 100 metres to the rear of the property there is also hunting dog kennels & frequently throughout our stay dogs can be heard barking continuously which impacts on the enjoyment of the fabulous pool side area. We highlighted to the housekeeper that the lighting to the front elevation of the property was not working & a blocked poolside shower drain, unfortunately, no maintenance/fix was forthcoming. There is no SKY TV & no hot water feed to the kitchen sink. Also, & just a suggestion, a maids visit midweek would have been greatly appreciated just to change the laundry & refresh the villa a little. The villa is situated in the village of Villaverde which has three wonderful tavernas/restaurants. Near by, is another quaint little village of Lajares & a few kilometres further north is the commercial/tourist centre of Corralejo-a 'mekka' for some 'Brits abroad'!

Im Grosse und Ganzem gut, aber...

Das Objekt ist schön gelegen, sehr grosszĂŒgig und bietet alles fĂŒr einen perfekten Aufenthalt !!! ABER: 1. Entgegen der Beschreibung war kein Haartockner auffindbar. Aber es gibt ja genĂŒgend China-LĂ€den zum einkaufen. 2. Leider funktioniert nur noch 1 Lampe im Pool (von5), was die Illumination doch sehr einschrĂ€nkte. 3. Liegen im Poolbereich waren ausreichend vorhanden, die meisten jeoch nur beschrĂ€nkt benutzbar. 4. Filme und Videos genĂŒgend vorhanden, wenn allerdings Disc-Player defekt wenig nutzbar. Soundanlage, Radio nicht nutzbar, da man bereits das Stromkabel und die Anschlusskabel entfernt hatte. Ein 2ter HaustĂŒrschlĂŒssel und Torbedienung wĂ€re nicht verkehrt, da nicht immer alle gleichzeitig vom Strand zurĂŒckfahren wollen. Alles in allem nicht schlecht, aber bei den "MĂ€ngeln" definitiv zu teuer. Grundlegende Überholung wĂ€re nicht schlecht. Werden nĂ€chstes Mal ein anderes Objekt buchen. SCHADE

Sejour parfait

Une superbe villa tres bien équipée pour cet inoubliable séjour en famille. Tres spacieuse et environnement calme. Les enfants ont apprécié la piscine chauffée. Le point à améliorer est le BBQ, ustensiles et endroit dédié pour eviter de salir l'environnement de la piscine. L'ensemble hifi et tv ne fonctionne pas. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour le séjour.

Villa de rĂȘve pour vacances en famille

SĂ©jour d'une semaine avec 3 grands ados dans un cadre idyllique, au calme. Prestations au top et propretĂ© parfaite. Beaucoup d'espace. La piscine chauffĂ©e est parfaitement entretenue. Juste une petite remarque : matelas trĂšs confortables mais les couettes pourraient ĂȘtre plus grandes et du linge de maison de rechange devrait ĂȘtre mis Ă  dispo dans les armoires.

Magnifique villa

Nous avons passĂ© 10 jours dans cette villa et nous en gardons un trĂšs bon souvenir. La maison est vraiment magnifique avec une piscine chauffĂ©e Ă  30 degrĂ©s, c’était un vrai bonheur. L’emplacement est bien mĂȘme s’il faut savoir que 5 chiens sont enfermĂ©s pas trĂšs loin et leur aboiement (qui peut durer trĂšs longtemps en journĂ©e) peut vraiment se rĂ©vĂ©ler agaçant (mĂȘme si le propriĂ©taire n’y peut rien). Notre seul regret est de n’avoir eu personne pour nous accueillir et que personne no plus ne nous a demandĂ© si tout se passait bien alors que nous sommes restĂ©s 10 jours. MalgrĂ© tout cela reste trĂšs positif

Fantastische villa

In deze villa waan je je een filmster! Supergroot. 5 slaapkamers 4 badkamers. Er waren wat kleine dingetjes maar die zijn of worden ogelost. De wifi is wel erg zwak. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk op de mail en de huismanager ter plaatse (via mail) ook. Mooie ligging van het huis met zwembad. Supermakt en bakker in de buurt evenals een geweldig restaurant.

Buena casa con algunos fallos

Los fallos que tenia bajo nuestro punto de vista es que el internet iba muy mal, el suelo que rodea la piscina no era antideslizante y resbalaba mucho. La barbacoa no se habĂ­a limpiado desde su Ășltimo uso. TambiĂ©n faltarĂ­a algo de aire acondicionado y mĂĄs aparatos multimedia, lo que habĂ­a estaba muy viejo y casi no le dimos uso.
