Located halfway between Montélimar and Dieulefit, this former mill (XII century) fully restored is located on a property of 1.7 acres, bordered by a river. Calm assured, bucolic view.
This fully equipped cottage of 110m ² located in Portes en Valdaine, charming village of Drôme Provençale, you will enjoy the delicacies of this beautiful region. Ideally located for cycling or walking, you can also enjoy 7 climbing sites within 20km, bathing in the river, hilltop villages, potters villages, Chauvet cave or the crocodile farm of Pierrelatte.
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining area. Then an independent living room, a bathroom and separate toilet.
On the floor you will find the 3 rooms which can accomodate 6 beds between (a bed of 160, one of 140 and two of 90), moreover in the big room there is a cot with bars. A toilet is also upstairs.
The cottage has the following equipment:
Washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, oven and microwave,
barbecue, wifi, television and stereo

Ein zauberhafter Ort

Wir, ein Kreis von guten Freunden, waren für eine Woche hier. Die Mühle ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Sie verfügt über einen großzügigen eigenen Garten für die Gäste. Das Gelände ist insgesamt weitläufig und von hohen Bäumen gesäumt, so dass der Eindruck relativer Abgeschiedenheit entsteht. Die Ruhe wurde nur von dem Zirpen der Grillen und dem Quaken der Kröten im Mühlbecken unterbrochen und von unserem ausgelassenen Lachen in dem herrlichen Pool. Über das Gelände fließt ein schattiger Bach, durch den wir kilometerweit waten konnten und dabei Rehe, Vögel und viele Libellen sahen. Ein meditatives Erlebnis der besonderen Art. Die Vermieter wohnen im Hauptgebäude und der Pool und das Boule Feld werden gemeinsam genutzt. Sie sind überaus sympathisch und hilfsbereit und respektierten zugleich unsere Privatsphäre. Wirklich sehr angenehme Gastgeber! Im einige Kilometer entfernten Ort gibt es einen guten Bäcker und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben Ausflüge in die umliegenden Dörfer gemacht, an die Ardéche und nach Avignon. Letztere sind etwa eine Stunde entfernt. Mit dem Auto kein Problem und sehr lohnend. Ansonsten haben wir die Seele baumeln lassen, gelesen, uns unterhalten, gespielt, gebadet, gekocht und diesen zauberhaften Ort genossen.

Een mooi gerestaureerd watermolen-huisje! De beheerders zijn erg vriendelijk. Het zwembad mag je delen met deze mensen (dus niet privé). Het is een heerlijke plek om te relaxen als je de prachtige (lavendel) omgeving hebt bezocht.

Séjour absolument parfait !!!

La propriété est magnifique, la piscine est grande, belle et bien chauffée, le tout dans un cadre splendide et dans un calme absolu. Plusieurs promenades aménagées par les hôtes le long de la rivière pour aller observer les castors. Les hôtes, Corinne et Jean-Louis, sont vraiment charmants, très arrangeant, toujours disponibles et souriants. Leur chien, un golden retriever a été adorable avec nos enfants (1, 3, 4, 5 et 6 ans). Nous étions 2 amies à nous retrouver avec nos enfants, et avons tous les 7 passés un séjour de 7 nuits au top ! Adresse à retenir ++++++++++

Très belle propriété, très belle piscine, les propriétaires sont très sympas, La maison est mignonne, mais il fait chaud sous les toîts, il faudrait des moustiquaires afin d'aérer la nuit, sans se faire attaquer par les moustiques !

Afin d'être complètement transparent, il faudrait préciser dans l'annonce que la maison des propriétaires se situe au même endroit et que la piscine est partagée avec les propriétaires et leurs famille/amis. La maison est très bien équipée, mais les chambres à l'étage manquent de hauteur sous plafond. Région très agréable.

Une semaine au Moulin

Pour que le séjour soit parfait quelques petites choses devraient être améliorées. Notamment indiquer que l’usage de la piscine est partagée avec la famille de l’hôte. Les serviettes ne devraient pas être payantes. Il serait judicieux d’installer des moustiquaires dans les chambres. Les rangements dans les chambres sont mal répartis et la circulation a l’étage pourrait être améliorées.

Des hôtes discrets mais disponibles, un cadre ma-gni-fique pour une très belle propriété: du calme absolu, des arbres à n'en plus finir, la rivière à quelques dizaines de mètres, la très belle et vaste piscine de Jean-Louis et plein de jolies choses à faire et à voir alentour, pour tous les goûts ! Les ados se sont régalés, nous aussi. On revient très vite !

magnifique moulin, calme et sérénité

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. .présents mais hyper discrets..dans un ancien moulin très bien aménagé , ,très au calme. La chance aussi d avoir beaucoup d espace extérieur ainsi qu un ruisseau où patauger ...idéal repos, balades, farniente ,voire rigolades puisque personne à perturber..PARFAIT..

Un moulin pour rever

Corinne et Jean louis sont des hôtes chaleureux, accueillants et disponibles. Toujours de bon conseil. Le gite est très agréable situé dans une propriété arborée et bordée d'une rivière. il est propre, bien agencé et tout équipé. Nous avons passé une semaine parfaite au milieu de la Drôme. A recommander.
