Nous avons passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans le logement qui est bien situĂ©, trĂšs spacieux, et propre. La communication avec l hĂŽte Ă©tait parfaite ainsi que la coordination pour l organisation de nos transferts Ă  l aĂ©roport Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et au dĂ©part. Dommage qu il n y ait pas eu d Ă©tat des lieux d'entrĂ©e ni de sortie pour montrer tout ce qui n allait pas. Le linge de lit et bains propres et en quantitĂ© suffisante. Le logement Ă©tait relativement propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Cependant, gros bĂ©mol sur l'Ă©tat du logement...aucune fenĂȘtre extĂ©rieure ne ferme ou ne s'ouvre correctement. L'une Ă©tait mĂȘme avec un "vitrage" cassĂ© (une plaque de plexiglass qui devait dĂ©jĂ  ĂȘtre du rafistolage) qui devait ĂȘtre changĂ© pendant nĂŽtre sĂ©jour mais rien n a Ă©tĂ© fait. De ce fait, les nuits sont trĂšs compliquĂ©es car l'impression de dormir fenĂȘtres ouvertes avec un traffic routier important. Les poignĂ©es de portes intĂ©rieures arrachĂ©es, la cuisine est mal amĂ©nagĂ©e avec peu de vaisselle insuffisant par exemple niveau couverts pour le nombre de couchages. Le four ne fonctionne pas sur tous les modes. L'Ă©vier est digne d'une maison de poupĂ©e. Les salles de bains sont toutes aussi vĂ©tustes, les rideaux de douche sont moisis... le mobilier de chambre cassĂ©, les prises Ă©lectriques qui ne fonctionnent pas...les photos ne sont pas rĂ©alistes avec ce qui se trouve sur place actuellement. Nous sommes donc en demi-teinte au sujet du logement qui a besoin d un trĂšs grand coup de rĂ©novation pour mĂ©riter un tel loyer

Appartement trĂšs mal isolĂ© (bruit et chaleur), mal entretenu alors que les prestations d'origine devaient ĂȘtre de qualitĂ©.Sanitaires ne ferment pas car risque de rester enfermĂ©s, fuite aux jonctions de la douche, chaise cassĂ©e, tables abimĂ©es, vitre de porte fenĂȘtre cassĂ©e, photos d'annonce pas fidĂšles(sauf pour les chambres) plan non conforme Ă  l'appartement Apolonia 4E (manque petite piĂšce) mais on m'a dit que je n'avais pas rĂ©servĂ© le bon l'appartement alors que le plan est toujours le mĂȘme..., .portes abimĂ©es. Cuisine et Vaisselle literie ok.Pourrait ĂȘtre trĂšs agrĂ©able si un gros effort d'entretien, d'isolation et de reparation Ă©tait faitMĂ©riterait une ristourne sur le prix

Lisbon in September

The manager got us in early on short notice. We were so greatful! It has a lovely view of the sunrise from the balcony and the ocean breeze was delightful. Very close to a great coffee shop and proximity to the train station cannot be beat. We would stay here again!!

spacious and convenient apartment

this is not a very modern apartment but still has everything you need (except for AC, Americans, but that's just how it is in Europe). the hosts were kind and let us drop our bags in early. there was plenty of space and the beds were comfy. would rent again!
