Perfect property for our 6 adults(parents, 2-20ish adult children, 2 adult friends)...2 quick nights in Rome for city sights, then off for Italian Beach. Easy spot to get to from airport, easy spot yo sight see Rome from...great location for Trastevere dinner....nothing fancy but very adequate...we did trip the house main breaker running A/C, coffee pot and water heater...very responsive host

Very nice property. While it sleeps many people the co figuration is a little difficult if all adults as one bed area is in the living room and one small bed room just ofc the living room. Additionally, while In Europe bathroom ratio to People is a little different the bathrooms were nice but 9 people using two bathrooms was difficult but it worked Great location very clean and cheerful apt.

Roma at Easter

Danila & Luna have been very nice and reactive. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and with train and tramway very close. The only concerns for us have been the washing machine out of order (even if we could do 1 machine during the week in another apartment) and one shower also not working well (the shower overflows even with frequent pumping).Roma is an incredible and so beautiful city!

Rare 4 bedroom apartment in Trasteverre

We were a party of 4 friends spending a long weekend in Rome and looking for a 4 bedroom apartment. One bedroom is very spacious with a cosy en-suite bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are smaller with a shared bathroom but everyone was comfortable. The apartment is a 25 minute walk from the bars and restaurants in central Trasteverre although there are nearer restaurants along the main road. We were able to walk to all of the main tourist attractions in the city during the day and return to the Trasteverre area for food and drinks. It was then lovely to return to the cool, comfortable apartment in a quiet area away from the main road. Communication with the accommodation managers was easy and we were met at the apartment and warmly welcomed and shown around. Would definitely stay there again.

Puntos buenos: Apartamento bonito, bien amueblado y decoradoMuy bien comunicado y con supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca.La comunicación con la propietaria (o su ayudante) fue buena. Puntos malos: Encontramos alguna cucaracha y hormigas en la cocina. La ducha funcionaba a ratos, el agua salía ardiendo o helada.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en las habitaciones. No dijimos nada porque íbamos a estar solo unos días. El sofá cama no tenía sábanas y, aunque las pedimos y las trajeron, pareció que no les gustó nada que se las pidiéramos. Y las sábanas de alguna cama tenían algunas manchas desagradables. Además, según mi reserva había que dejar el apartamento a las 10:30, pero a las 10:10 llegaron diciendo que me tenía que marchar ya, porque un papel que había allí así lo decía. Les enseñé mi reserva en el móvil y me dieron 5 minutos para marcharme. Una pena que los puntos malos sean más que los buenos, porque el apartamento parecía merecer mucho la pena.

Voyage éducatif

Voyageant avec un très petit groupe de jeunes (11 à 15 ans), la répartition des chambres ainsi que l'emplacement étaient parfait. L'appartement est très spacieux, très propre et a beaucoup de "cachet". A 5 min de la gare et 2 mn des bus, il est très bien placé. La rue est très calme, ce qui est très important! Les hôtes sont très réactifs.
