Westgate is a gated community with security 24/7 during the week. It is a Non-smoking and small pet friendly resort, (non-refundable small pet deposit) and damage deposit required at check in. The resort is less than 2 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge.

*Wild Bear Falls is an expansion to Westgate. This mountain-themed world-class family indoor water park has more than 50,000 square feet and THIRTY THOUSAND gallons of water. This is a fun for all age's indoor/outdoor water park featuring zero entry to the water. Check out the water slides and Lazy River. We give you FREE WATER PARK TICKETS INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL! Waterpark tickets are $21.95 each for non-owners.

Take advantage of a free shuttle at the resort that runs from 8 A.M. to 11 P.M. to escort guests around the property and to the onsite trolley stops. The city trolley stops right in front of the resort and travels to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (for a small fee) with stops at several locations including Ripley’s Aquarium.

*You may want to check out Anakeesta while you are in Gatlinburg! The views from the chair lift are amazing. The Gatlinburg SkyBridge is the longest pedestrian cable bridge in North America, and it is located at the Gatlinburg Sky Lift Park.

The Best place ever

This was perfection!! Has to be the most beautiful place in Gatlinburg. The view took our breath away, very clean, beds were comfortable, friendly staff, and so many amenities on property. It could not be better than this. We got to watch the Dollywood fireworks every night from our bedroom. The view is priceless! The on-site restaurant was wonderful, waterpark was great for kids too, and a sweet store that offers Starbucks coffee. The beautiful lit fire pits was nice and all the outdoor heated pools was a joy. We can't wait to come back to this rental. Thanks for sharing your place with us.
