The cabin is beautiful and everything was nice, did have Bears get into my truck but I should had locked my doors, .there was NO FOOD IN MY TRUCK EITHER...what you expect it's Bears here in Tennessee, they did get into garbage as well, They are smart Bears indeed, we did lose power but the host was with great communication, I would suggest putting cameras up so people can see if a bear is on the porch, a little spooky not knowing what to expect since you can't see on the porch before opening the door. Also have flash lights or something if you lose power again, there was only a little flash light. Besides that it was a great stay.
This was a cute cabin in the mountain! A beautiful view of the forest! The pool table was a great way to spend some quality time! Nice sized bedrooms and the loft area is perfect for adults and teens! Had to reach out to Maddie about the door lock, she responded very quickly and we were able to make it work! It was perfect little cabin for my family!

Absolutely does not look like the pictures. The home smelled horrible. The smell was stagnant water smelling. We had to clean off the outside furniture so that we could sit. The umbrella for the picnic table was thrown over on the side of the house on the ground. So we could not use that. The pool table was leveled with cardboard. The washing machine was broken. The steps going upstairs are very dangerous. They are extremely steep. The fire pit did not have a ring. We ended up finding it underneath the deck. There were no logs to sit on. just 4 dirty old chairs. The grass was not cut so we would not have been venturing out to the fire pit anyway. All in all it just is not a very well taken care of property.
We had a great time in this cabin! Everything was exactly as described. Plenty of space for our family of six. It is a winding drive to get up to the cabin so be prepared for that, but the kids loved the adventure.
This cabin was perfect for our family while we were in the area. We saw a mama and 2 bear cubs right in the yard! The kitchen was perfect for cooking while still being with the family.
Our stay was excellent! Great communication with our host, and we had amazing recommendations for restaurants. The cabin itself was very clean and had all necessary equipment for our stay. The cabin is very rustic and such in a great place in the woods, we did had a couple of deer sightings.
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean and the check in process was super easy. The beds were comfortable and the internet worked very well. The driveway was definitely an AWD/4 Wheel Drive situation but other than that the property was super cute and very comfortable for the weekend!

Renter Beware..."The cabin is in the mountains and the roads are winding and hilly. The driveway Is also steep. We suggest having 4WD or AWD. If you do not have one of those please park at the top of the driveway." This should be included WHEN YOU BOOK, not when you are ready to actually travel and check in. The roads to the rental are typical of side roads in Gatlinburg, but to an extreme level. There are no lines on the roads on either side or in the center, and they are extremely steep and extremely curved headed to the rental. I could not see over the dashboard of my truck at some of the turns and at the top of the "driveway." That needs to be made clear. There is no view at all, and there is limited use of any outdoor space, of which there are 2 decks, but there are no warnings of black bear activity. Anywhere. I asked about a BBQ grill, to which the owner explained they had to remove it, with no explanation. I brought my own, and was promptly visited by a 400 pound black bear that came onto the porch to knock over the grill. My son went out at another time, to be greeted by a black bear cub. Love nature, but some heads up would be a good idea. The washer did not work, and although there was a response from the owner, the "handyman" could not fix it during our stay so we had no washer, and no credit given. Apparently the previous renter did not say something was not working, but that became our problem. In addition the shower drain was clogged with hair...
My friends and I enjoyed our stay here! Saw some bears! The property manager's communication was great! The drive up to the cabin and the driveway could be a little scary to some, but we became pros by the end of our stay!

Truly a great price for what you get. Not the first time renting a cabin, so just know all is bare. Was happy with supplied equipment. The couch was small, but it worked. Pool table and ping pong was a fun time.
We loved our stay! With 3 kids under 7, the big kids loved being in the loft, feeling like they had their own space. We loved that the kitchen area overlooks the main living space so that we could be together and have visibility of the littlest kiddo scooting around. Overall, a fantastic place and our communication with Maddie was great. She was super responsive.
This cabin was overall really lovely. The pool table was definitely put to use. The only issue we had was the driveway, which we knew about ahead of time. It is steep, but as the listing says, once you do it a few times you’ll be a pro. Highly recommend!
The host couldn't get the door lock situation fixed, and our family was locked out of the cabin at night. The cabin was no where near what we expected from the photos and the up keep is terrible. Dresser draws were broke and 2 lamps were broke as well upon arrival.. plus we couldn't even use the TVs in the bedrooms..and the stairs to the loft are dangerous..my daughter bust her knee coming down them cause they are to short to fully step on.

Secluded and quiet getaway
Cabin was very secluded and quiet and was a great place for my kids to run around and play. We enjoyed the fire pit area. The cabin was not exactly like the pictures but it was still a nice place to stay. The driveway however was a doozy to get up and down. The kitchen is so nice and you have everything you need. The stairs up to the loft are not suitable for small children but the loft area is nice and cozy for bigger kids and even adults.
