Realmente procuramos facilitar a vida aos hóspedes. O processo de "self check-in" com chave eletrónica abrindo as portas apenas com o telemóvel, veio ajudar muito pois permite a entrada a qualquer hora e evita o contacto físico principalmente nos dias que correm por causa da pandemia do Covid-19.
