The 45 m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a building completely renovated in 2007, reachable via an internal courtyard where you can park your vehicle.
The plan of the house consists of a bright living room / kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom; all the rooms have been recently renovated and studied in detail to create a comfortable, intimate and cheerful space.
The living room is equipped with a large corner sofa bed, a small table with two chairs and two stools, a small fridge with freezer and a modern kitchen complete with washing machine, microwave, kettle, 4-burner stove, hood, sink and, of course , many doors for the pantry containing everything you need to cook delicious dishes!
The bathroom consists of a shower with box, a toilet, a bidet, a sink and a heated towel rail so as not to give up, in the winter season, the pleasant sensation of warm towels on the skin after a relaxing shower.
In the sleeping area there is a double bed, a niche used as a wardrobe and a 32 "LED TV.
This house is perfect for both short breaks in the magical Turin, or for long stays. The 6 drawers under the bed and the spacious chest of drawers will allow you to keep all your clothes; moreover, the bed linen is always fresh and clean, the iron and ironing board, the clothesline, shower gel shampoo soap and toilet paper, a hairdryer, a set of 3 towels per person, Wi-Fi access -Fin unlimited and, finally, breakfast (tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, Nutella and biscuits).
