Approx. 500 metres from the sea you will find this well-appointed holiday cottage, which simply offers everything the heart desires of activities. The house is located on a large plot at the cosy resort Kegnæs. The house is very spacious and well dimensioned. Dining/living room is tastefully furnished with stereo system with CD player, flat-screen TV, DVD player, high chair, lounge area and wood-burning stove. The house has 5 bedrooms. All rooms have double beds - box mattresses in all beds. In addition, large and spacious sleeping mezzanine. The large pool area features a large swimming pool with water slide, sauna, shower and whirlpool with room for 4-6 people. After a good and eventful day, it is nice to slide into the large whirlpool or get warm in the sauna. Second bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating. In the activity room you can play a game of darts or billiards at the pool table. Here you can also challenge each other in table tennis or table football. Even stereo and PlayStation3 are installed in the activity room. There is also a sandpit and slide. Payment for consumption, and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
