Lovely 70 m2 terrace on the first line at the best beach in El Morche (Torrox Costa) The apartment has two bedrooms, nice living room and open plan kitchen. Exit to large terrace facing east (sun all morning). From the terrace, the stairs go up to the roof terrace where the sun shines all day. On the roof terrace are lounge furniture, deck chairs and barbecue.
Bedroom 1 Master bedroom has a king size bed, 160 cm, large closet.
Large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet.
Bedroom 2 Bunk bed and one single bed
Bathroom 2 Shower cubicle and toilet
Living room with dining area and lounge area, the sofa is a sofa bed. Smart TV that can be used as such. Bring your login for your TV channels and you will also see them here.
The kitchen area has everything you could possibly need. Micro, hob, oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher.
A staircase from the large terrace leads up to the private roof terrace. Upstairs there are both lounge sofas, barbecue and loungers. In addition, you have a fantastic view of the sea.

Common large infinity pool and beautiful pool area for those who want to sunbathe. The pool is open from April to the end of November. From the pool area one goes directly down to the beach.
Garage is available in the property.

Quality apartment

An excellent, modern apartment ideally situated close to the sea and within walking distance of good restaurants and shops. It is also an ideal base for visiting the many beautiful villages inland. The apartment has every convenience to make your stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the wonderful roof terrace and watching the para surfers! Kristina met us at the property made us most welcome and explained all we needed to know about the apartment. A most wonderful week in the spring sunshine Thanks Kristina

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und Komfortabel. Die Übergabe vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert. Leider wurde der Pool am 1.Oktober geschlossen. War allerdings eine Entscheidung der Gemeinde. Nähe zum Strand und zur Promenade ca. 100 Meter. Tiefgarage sehr angenehm. Vorm Balkon parken hin und wieder einige Busse ,die in der Halle wohl gewartet werden. Bekommt man aber kaum was von mit. Wir waren zufrieden und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Prettig verblijf in goed appartement in aangename omgeving.

We hebben 6 weken 'overwinterd' in Torrox Costa. De vakantiewoning was van alle gemakken voorzien, netjes en modern ingericht, en voorzien van een lekker zonnig terras en een heerlijk dakterras. Vanaf balkon en terras hadden we zicht op de zee. Maar ook over de uitzichten richting kustplaats en bergen waren we zeer tevreden. In de directe omgeving waren meer dan voldoende winkels. Torrox Costa is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei dagtochtjes dichtbij en wat verder weg. Kortom ...... op alle fronten een geslaagde vakantie.

Estancia preciosa en Torrox

El apartamento es muy acogedor, está bien equipado y está situado a primera línea de playa. El paseo maritimo tiene un recorrido de kilómetros con muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Disfrutamos mucho de la enorme terraza y piscina. Resumiendo, el piso es muy recomendable.

Mooi penthouse van alle gemakken voorzien.

Een mooi penthouse en een heel mooi complex met groot en prettig zwembad. Het penthouse is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een mooi ruim balkon. Het complex ligt goed, direct aan zee en net naast de boulevard. Leuke en goede restaurants aan de boulevard.

Lovely property, located right on the beach. Swimming pool lovely and relatively quiet also. Good restaurants either side of apartment complex, with one of the best ones La Farola only a stones throw away. Only a small supermarket nearby (right across the road), 1-2km away for bigger stores like Mercadona or Lidl. Apartment as described, it is a small apartment but plenty of outdoor space and very well fitted out with everything you need. Kristina very response to questions and helpful.

Gute Lage - modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit Dachterrasse

Der Gebäudekomplex "PanoramaBeach" liegt direkt am Strand. Die Wohnung ist auf der Ostseite. Die Dachterrasse ist den ganzen Tag sonnig. Zu Fuss erreicht man sowohl Einkaufsläden und auch die Strandpromenade mit diversen Chiringuitos und Restaurants. Bis zum Leuchtturm Faro de Torrox läuft man ca. 25 Minuten. Von Torrox aus erreicht man mit dem Auto innert kurzer Zeit einige der schönen Bergdörfern wie Frigiliana.

Relaxation at its peak!

Stayed here for 8 days in August and I wish we had booked for longer. Fabulous, authentic, Spain. Apartment is new and has everything you need. Awesome roof to the penthouse apartment where I stole some me time more than once! Pool is salt water, very warm and idyllic. Watching the sunset from the pool or beach is a treat. The beach is a 3 minute walk take your own parasol or hire beds for 4 euros pp. Great restaurants nearby, supermarkets. A car is worth it if you want to venture easily to nearby towns. We opted for maximum chill and just let the kids play and swim every day. We will definitely go back.

Vacaciones en familia

El apartamento es espectacular, un sitio de lujo. La zona de la piscina fantástica. Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en Torrox Costa y nos hizo un tiempo muy bueno. Las cenas en la terraza privada fueron estupendas. La playa a 100 metros.
