Villa Opera is newly built Villa. Villa exists of 6 separate 2-bedroom apartments. The apartment has tremendous free sea-view and direct approach to the private beach. Every guest of Villa Opera has own laying chairs, umbrellas, beach house with shower at his disposal for free during his stay.
The apartment has Fireplace, one bathroom and 1 separate toilette and has air conditioning as the part of the standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave.
Peaceful position of the Villa is one of the best special aspects of this estate. On the west side is long green area with great view. On the Eastern side is great view to the Mountain of Biokovo, of`course alls apartments have nice view to the East/West and South site.
Every gust is free to use the Fitness-Room equipped with the newest Ketler-machines. Kayaks and Mountain-Bikes are on your disposal. Laundry service can also be taken in consideration on request.

Apartment directly overlooking the Adriatic

A beautiful place. The location and views are spectacular. The apartment is modern, well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff are courteous, kind and go out of their way to help. The beach is excellent. Our family (2 parents and 3 teenage children) had a wonderful week.

Amazing

We spend a very nice holiday in a lovely and very clean apartment with an amazing wiew So wonderful that you have your own deckchairs at the beach. The sea is the most clear sea water i have ever seen Nice and friendly staff. Very recommended restaurants is the " Konoba Tadichi" and " Konoba Val"

Fantastic accommodation

What really sold us on this property was the view. We stayed in the second floor. The pictures don't lie, the deck on the top floor was a place you never want to leave!This property is very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. The owner was so kind and accommodating with anything we needed. They also helped us to plan our week of activities. There were ample towels, paper products and also beach chairs available to use. There were also beautiful plantings and gardens around the property. I would definitely recommend this property for it's beauty, it's location for much sightseeing and also it's proximity to the cities. When you are sitting on the balcony enjoying the view, you will not want to leave!!

Excellent View

We had a great stay at Villa Opera. Jellena was an excellent hostess and helped us whenever we asked. The view is to die for. The beach is great but there are a lot of steps to walk back up. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We would definitely come back.

Tolle Lage im wunderschönen Ort, Ausblick einfach sensationell!!! Das Apartment war groß und die Ausstattung super. Betten hervorragend, alles sehr sauber. Villa ist perfekt durchgestylt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, Familie Zuzul und der Rezeptionist. Alles war zu Fuß super erreichbar, die Lage war für uns perfekt! Diesmal leider nur für eine Woche aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub!

Es war alles perfekt!! Wir hatten ein sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment ganz oben (man muss ein paar Treppen steigen) mit einer Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick!!! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Apartment liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel und Villa ist sehr gepflegt. Nur 2-3 Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt hat man bereits die ersten Bademöglichkeiten, den Privatastrand! Man muß die Treppe hinab steigen, schon ist man an dem Strand. Markt ist nur 2 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt (war geöffnet bis 22 Uhr), alles in allen einfach toll. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Traumhaftes Land - Traumhafte Unterkunft

Immer gerne wieder würden wir eine Unterkunft in dieser Villa buchen, da die Wohnungen sehr gut ausgestattet, der Blick traumhaft und der Service sehr gut ist. Von der Buchung bis zur Abreise eine Runde Sache. Ebenfalls ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften die wir gesehen haben. Insbesondere der Blick ist traumhaft und vor Ort noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Letzteres gilt auch für die umliegenden Villen des Anbieters in denen wir ebenfalls die gleiche Erfahrung machen durften. Somit Daumen "HOCH"

Ein toller Aufenthalt mit "Weitblick"

Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen -toller Ausblick direkt auf Meer und Gebirge -ruhige Umgebung mit Ortsnähe -sehr freundliche und unaufdringliche Gastgeber -Appartement außergewöhnlich und neu eingerichtet - Appartement ist sehr sehr sauber und bei der Ausstattung wurde sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gezeigt. -zu Fuß 2 Minuten zum Meer und Privatstrand Viele Grüße an dieser Stelle nach Kroatien aus München und vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne zwei Wochen….

Villa Opera könnte nicht besser liegen - direkt über dem Privatstrand! Vom Zimmer hatten wir einen wunderschönen Ausblick und besonders von der Terrasse - traumhaft! Der Ort ist schön und man kommt von einer schönen Bucht in die nächste, mit Kayak, Boot,….! Auch Touren in die bergigen Regionen lohnen sich! Altes Dorf oberhalb ist kleines verschlafenes Dorf von dem ein schöner Wanderweg startet. Die Belegschaft in der Villa ist sehr freundlich und herzlich! Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort und konnten uns diese wunderbare Unterkunft auch nur deshalb leisten! Ein weiterer Vorteil war, dass wir dadurch auch unsere Ruhe hatten und richtig entspannen konnten! Es waren kaum Urlauber vor Ort. Es gab zwar auch nur zwei Restaurants, die geöffnet hatten, aber da es im Apartment eine Küche gibt, ist die Verpflegung kein Problem. Für den kleinen Einkauf gibt es 100 Meter entfernt einen kleinen Konsum Die Besitzer sind ebenfalls vor Ort und sehr freundlich. Wenn man Glück hat und dass Wetter paßt, nehmen sie einen mit dem Boot mit, um die Calamari zu fischen. ;)

Wunderschönes Stückchen Erde

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Opera und es war wieder ein Traum. In der Nacht hört man das Meer rauschen, in der Früh genießt man die Ruhe und das Frühstück am Balkon bei herrlichem Meerblick. Lage sehr ruhig über dem Meer. Tolle Aussicht, ideal zum Entspannen. Der schöne Strand ist gleich Treppen erreichbar. Lokale sowie Markt u. Restaurant sind ganz in der Nähe. Wir durften am letzten Tag sogar bis zum Abend bleiben und das ohne Aufpreis. Danke an Familie Zuzul für die so nette und unkomplizierte Beherbergung. Wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal und können die Anlage nur weiterempfehlen. Herzliche Grüße!

Good place, good sea, good people

Vue extraordinaire sur la mer et plage privée sympathique, propre et pas surchargée. Appartement spacieux et bien conçu. Accueil de qualité et personnel très serviable (en particulier Drazien qui fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable et qui de plus parle anglais en plus du Croate et de l'Allemand) Literie de très bonne qualité. Ballade dans le bateau des Zuzul sympathique pour découvrir la côte vue de la mer. Restaurant "Maris" situé juste au dessus de bon rapport qualité-prix avec un personnel sympathique. Un sejour à renouveler !

Tolles Appartment mit wundervoller Aussicht.

Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem schönen,ruhigen und sauberen Appartment. Eine schöne Terrasse mit Liegen, Loungemöbeln und einem wundervollen Blick. Ein kleiner Privatstrand mit Liegen und Sonnenschirm, Kajak frei zur Benutzung. Die Familie Zuzul war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen und Bitten, die man so hatte.(Ausflugziele, Sonderwünsche und auch für einen kleinen Plausch aufgelegt.) Das Appartment liegt zentral. Mit dem Auto, kann man wunderbar alle Ziele erreichen. Makarska, Omis, Split, die Insel Brac und auch Dubrovnik haben wir uns angeschaut. Von München aus erreicht man mit der Lufthansa in 1Std. und 20 Min. den Flughafen Split, die Autovermietung am Flughafen unkompliziert und in 40 Minuten ist man in Marusici. Vielen Dank Liebe Familie Zuzul, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We're coming back!

Last year my boyfriend and me wanted a nice, romantic vacation and we booked an apartment here. It was exactly what we needed! Amazing view to the sea and a quiet, private location. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the service was very nice. The thing we liked the most was the private beach, which is located just under the villa and is reachable within minutes. We have just booked another 10 day stay this summer!

Hervorragend

Sehr gute Lage, zentral und doch sehr ruhig, direkt am Meer, sehr freundliches Personal, geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung, man konnte sich jederzeit Kaffee machen, … Es sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, was für die Gegend keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist (wir waren schon 3 Mal in der Region Makarska Omis) ... Es waren Genusstage (jedoch kurz für lange Anreise, nur 5 Nächte, nächtes Jahr kommen wir länger). Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
