Villa Ruzmarina is located in the fishermen's village Marusici in the heart of the Omis Riviera - a 35 km long Riviera of outstanding beauty. Our new vacation Villa is located directly at the sea and the apartment includes, terrace with tremendous views to the sea, as the matter of fact almost every room in the apartment has a balcony with view to the sea.

Kitchen with dishwasher (new), microwave, coffee machine, large refrigerator with separate cooling area.

FROM season 2018 - NEW sitting set and high quality furniture in the living area, bedroom etc.
Fitness, free WIFI, BBQ place on the beach etc).

Furthermore, guests have kayaks and mountain bikes on their disposal on request.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la villa Ruzmarina. L’appartement est confortable, bien équipé et doté d’un grand balcon avec table, chaises, parasol et transat.La plage privée est paradisiaque, avec deux transats et un parasol attitrés. Les eaux regorgent de poissons et nous avons même eu la chance d’apercevoir des dauphins depuis la plage. La piscine offre une vue magnifique.Une place de parking est disponible. Les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant, toujours souriant et aux petits soins. Idéal pour des vacances au calme. Je recommande fortement

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuhlt und hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Meerblick traumhaft, das Apartment neu und gut eingerichtet. Die Betten zum Glück perfekt,angenehm nicht zu weich nicht zu hart. Herzlichen Dank!
