House with 4 suites located in one of the best located lots of the Condomínio Quintas de Sauípe, 150 m from the Club. Condominium located in the Hotel Complex of the Coast of Sauípe, with access to all the facilities of the Complex.
Lot with 1550 m2, with sea and lagoon view. Private beach to the condominium with access by private path.
House accommodates 8 adults in the suites, still having a bi-bed in dependence on the maid. Fully furnished, it has bed linen and bath for 10 people, as well as laundry. Parking for several cars, including golf cart.
Internet with wire-less router on both floors. Garden furniture that seats 10 people. Barbecue and fully equipped gourmet space in garden with 1300 m2. Private pool with more than 40 m2.
