Spacious house with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, plenty of space to enjoy with family and friends at the best value! It has a large outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue, beer cooler, gourmet area, freezer, hammock and sofas. The interior has a complete American-style kitchen (pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils, blender, microwave, refrigerator, stove, electric oven...) and a living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and Wi-Fi throughout the house. The house has 4 bedrooms (3 suites), all with split air conditioning, and 4 bathrooms and 1 powder room. All this in the tranquility of the Sapiranga reserve, 3 minutes by car from Lagoa Aruá and 5 minutes by car from the village of Praia do Forte, in addition to access to several other tourist attractions in the region.
