Off to the left is a large, open plan living room, kitchen and dining area with a fantastic spiral staircase leading up to a mezzanine with small couch/sofa bed (which can be available on request for £50) and door leading to the master bedroom with ensuite.
The apartment is situated on Old Elvet and the market place is just minutes walk from the front door. There are lots of shops and pubs on the doorstep and the Science Site, Bill Bryson Library, Hild Bede, Durham Cathedral and Castle are all within easy walking distance.
