Cypress Cottage is located in Sveti Jakov, one of the most prestigious parts of Dubrovnik with private villas and lush Mediterranean vegetation within only 15 minute walking distance to Old town. Small rocky beach is some hundred steps below and Sv Jakov' beach is 15 minute walk away.Cypress Cottage is a three-story Dalmatian stone house. Each story is 40 m2 large. The ground floor consists of living room, dining area, full kitchen and half bathroom with washing machine. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms and bathroom with bath tub. On the third floor there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Two of the four bedrooms have queen size bed and the other two have 140 cm wide double bed. Air Conditioning units are in the bedrooms and living room. There are two terraces in front of the house: covered terrace with dining table and 8 chairs and another terrace with BBQ, shower and sun loungers. The property comes with private  parking space for one medium sized vehicle. Amenities include AC in all rooms, Wireless Internet access, SAT TV, HI-FI, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron/ironing board and parking.Located first row to the sea 3 minutes walk from Hotel Grand Villa Argentina and 5 minutes away from pretty beach of Sv. Jakov. The property set in Ploce area in a peaceful neighborhood yet minutes away from center. Supermarket, restaurants and famous Banje beach are 12 minutes away.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
