Absolutely fantastic , gorgeous chalet with everything you need and a little bit more , very clean and nicely furnished. The only thing I would say is it would be nice to have a small lamp on the bedside table , and even thou the lights are very nice it would be nice to have a lamp in the lounge ,. The park it’s self is spotless and everyone was very friendly , would recommend this chalet 110% will def be using it again

Perfect little getaway. Very clean and great price. Lots to do on and around the site. We didn’t actually use many of the amenities as we travelled with our dog and couldn’t find any info as to if any of the inside areas were dog friendly. i.e cafe etcKids loved it and were more than happy playing around by the chalet. Lots of nearby beaches, boat trips, railway rides all dog friendly. Simon was a great host, fast communication and clear instructions for arrival and departure.Will definitely be looking to return

Everything was OK except being so close to the night if you wanted to relax of an evening very load bass every night from 6pm till gone midnight mainly 11.20 I didn't realise how close if that was my private chalet I would have picked one away

We have visited this chalet for the last 5 years and it's always been immaculate but this Yr the bathroom wasn't very clean and there was a lot of dust about so we was quite disappointed.

I take cleanliness seriously and the chalet is thoroughly cleaned and inspected (with a video record kept) before every stay, so it's very disappointing to hear this feedback. The chalet had been empty for a few days prior to your arrival, which can allow dust to settle even after a thorough clean — I'll look at adjusting the pre-arrival routine to account for this going forward. Hi nothing in the information about having to put money in the electric meter to gain power to the chalet so when I woke up on the first day had to wait till the shop opens to get some coins to put in the meter to make a cuppa

Information about the electricity meter is in the advertisement, and also mentioned clearly in the access instructions. Most of the chalets on the campsite have an electricity meter installed by the site owner. I left £3 in the meter for your stay, and stated so the access instructions. You also needlessly inserted £13 into the electric meter, but only £1 of it was used, meaning you left the following guest £12 of free electricity.
