Access to the building was easy. Good location. The beds and pillows news upgraded. In master bedroom to the left of the kitchen had period blood on the mattress cover.

We will address the issue you mentioned immediately.
Thanks
Our stay over well went well, with the a chairlift being just outside the building so very easy on and off access to lift. However, for the money spent per night for the location, i would have expected a bit better set up And description. For example, there are no views from our balcony other than the building across from us. Our biggest issues were the toilets not working and us having to manually fix them, and call maintenance several times. Also, the key code kept malfunctioning or not working for us, which was very frustrating, especially being outside all day.I will say the location is great if looking for quick access to lifts

First of all I’m sorry you had these problems during your stay. The key code is updated through the HOA and seamed to be malfunctioning. The handle on the toilet chain twist and one broke during your stay. However we were there within 30 min to repair each time

Liked: Location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
unimpressed
Honestly, for a property worth north of 1 million dollars I was extremely disappointed. My family and our guests all own and manage condos in our home town and this was laughable. Communication from the management company was nonexistent. Before we arrived, I tried to call and left a voicemail asking the company to return my call so I could rent the place for longer and never heard back from them. There were north of a dozen remotes in the place and only a couple worked. There were thermostats in every room but no instructions other than 4 separate laminated cards that read "If your hot open the window, if your cold turn on the fireplace". The property was extremely dated and had what I could best describe as industrial quality linens and towels. Coverlets on bed were terribly stained. The location of the complex was amazing, but this particular condo is located directly above the hot tub and noise from it was always present even after the 10 pm closing time. All and all it was far below what I expected for the value of the property and the cost to rent. We will look elsewhere in the future.
We had a great time at the snowflake property. With 5 kids and 4 adults, the condo was a great size. It was clean and well furnished. I just wish the kitchen was a little larger. I second the tip from another reviewer about skiing out on the snowflake lift and back in down the Four O'Clock run. So easy! Scott was easy to work with once I contact him directly and stopped using the VRBO portal; he even got us a 2nd parking pass. Reservation details were a little slow and check-in procedures came last minute, which made me a little nervous, but it all worked out fine. Wonderful stay and will definitely consider this place again.
Well maintained, lovely condo right next to Snowflake Lift. ski in and out. Convenient location to downtown

Great Spring Break Location
The property exceeded my expectations! With 10 of us, aged 13 to 50, I was a little anxious that we would be "packed" in, as I had originally reserved it with 8 people in mind, but our group grew. With 3 FULL bathrooms, storage downstairs for our ski equipment, it was great! Even the pull out couch was comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub down stairs, the location was easy, especially to the lift and he kitchen had almost everything that we needed!
The only things that were disappointing were the view (we faced directly into another condo), the location of the storage in the garage was at the complete opposite end & the possible need of a crockpot for the kitchen, but all & all, it was nearly perfect!
Thank you for the ease of check in & out too!

Ok. For price expected fixtures to work
We chose this place so that two families could have a ski vacation together. Once you added in all the fees it was more expensive than the Breckenridge lodge. We thought it would be worth it to not be in separate rooms scattered throughout a hotel. Two things caused the lower review. The first was how thin the walls were. Our kids were kept awake by the neighbors. Normally, this would have just dropped the review by a star. But when combined with one of the showers not working it just wasn’t worth it. The handle on the shower just spun round. We had to shuffle everyone through the other bathroom. When you’re paying winter ski prices you expect the basics to work.

We made the repairs to the plumbing the instant we were made aware of the issue. It would have been helpful if we had been told about this during your stay. We could have avoided the negative review.

Comfortable place, but more pole-in rather than ski-in
The pole-in workout at the end of the ski day to get down the trail to Snowflake was a bit much. Not what you might think when you hear ski-in. This is the main reason we'd look for a different location next time.
The complex's hot tub is right outside the unit, so you'll hear people there in the evening.
The place could use some maintenance. The TV has a vertical blue line and may be on its way out. It also hangs a little crooked and it seems the wall mount isn't up to the task. The shower curtains had some mold on them. A few towels appeared stained or dirty. One shower knob was loose making it difficult to use. A bathroom cabinet door had a loose hinge. Minor things, but they add up.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property a few weeks ago. The location is perfect, the condo was fabulous, and the hot tub / wet sauna / dry sauna were amazing! Very spacious place with lots of room for guests! I would definitely stay there again!

3 bathrooms!! Yay!!!!
Great location - within walking distance to town. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The only reason I held off on the 5th star was the fact that it was pretty loud with the windows open. It has no A/C so you have to keep the windows open in the summer. It faces the main corridor where people are coming in late and leaving early. Other than that it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend this condo.

Great location, lots of space
Great spot by Snowflake lift. Convenient to hop on and go skiing and there's a lift ticket office right there too. Lots of space for sleeping and a very cozy place to hang out. The temp control was a little difficult-sometimes hot and sometimes cold.

Perfect place!
We came in January 2017 to ski. It's truly a ski in/out place. The accommodations were great. The place was homey and well stocked. It's only a couple of minutes to Main Street for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this condo!

Missed potential
Pros: the condo is in a great ski out location (it's a very flat traverse to ski in but doable). The kitchen is well stocked, the living room was very spacious compared to other rentals of similar bedsoace, and the bedrooms are a nice size with plenty of space for suitcases, hangers in the closets and drawer space. Having a washer and dryer was nice, but only one small package of detergent was a little light.
Cons: the condo was covered with dog hair. Evidently the complex allows owners to have pets, but since guests can't bring pets, it is listed as not pet friendly. This implied to me that no pets are allowed. Several of our guests are highly allergic to dogs, to the point of wheezing and asthma. It is totally unacceptable, and frankly dishonest for those with health problems, that It is not listed as having dogs. Also, there was a Keurig, but no coffee maker. This would be fine if they had told us, but we bought ground coffee, and managed with boiling water in a pot on the stove (no kettle) and poured through a paper towel and colander. If they had said Keurig, we would have just bought that! Beyond that, the condo was just dark. The pictures are all light, but it must've been added. The dimmable overhead lights didn't go above halfway lit. There was nowhere to read a book. Beyond limitations of the condo, I had trouble getting in touch with the rental agency and property manager and couldn't get messages returned quickly, though once I heard back, they were very helpful.
The good news is they are all easy fixes that would have dramatically improved our experience. We'd come back if we knew they were fixed, but couldn't recommend this condo if changes aren't made.

Great location
It was not a ski trip but the lift is right out the door and a short walk to town. The complex is very nice and clean. The unit is large and sleeps a lot of people. The condo had everything we needed and we will come again.
