Beautiful House

Every year my whole family gets together for a summer vacation. This place didn’t disappoint! Plenty of space for all of us, the pool and having 3 refrigerators was the best for our large family. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Beautiful resort-like property with lovely pool and plenty of space for our large family with pets.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The pictures on the website do not reflect the obvious renovations and expansions that have been made. The host went to extensive lengths to provide nearly everything we needed for our stay. We had a small issue with the kitchen refrigerator and the host was very responsive. There is plenty of room at this home for a large family and the location is great. We were able to drive a short distance to restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely home.

Perfect family gathering

We had a wonderful stay at this house- young and old alike. The backyard is magical with a lovely pool and dock overlooking a canal. The sunroom looking onto pool. Meals on the pool deck were so relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped. The living areas are painted so more updated than the pics on the listing. My teenage kids and their friends loved the basement pool table and ping pong table. Communication w Kevin was very easy. We hope to make it a yearly tradition!

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful experience for our family of 18. Range from infant to 70 yrs old. Lots of room and activities at the house for all age ranges. Nice community to walk around in, ride bikes and walk to get ice cream! We absolutely loved having our own pool and the fire pit was an excellent bonus for us as we love to have camp fires! The dock was nice to walk on and watch the crabs and fish. My dad and brother liked to fish off of it. Had an excellent week for our family vacation. We have always stayed in a small condo and this was an excellent experience for our first time renting a house which gave us a huge amount of room for our growing family! Kevin and his wife were very nice people to deal with for our experience and got to meet them at the house the morning checking in which was very nice also! Definitely recommend! We loved it!

Great home and location

We absolutely loved our week here. We had a total of about 15 people stay overnight, and at one point had over 20 people for a Father's Day bbq! What we loved was the location, the pool, the water access, and the spacious home! There were so much to do and see, I don't think we got to enjoy everything the house had to offer. Also, with 4 different families of all ages to include grandparents and as young as 4, we never felt crowded in the house, there was plenty of space. Vanessa was responsive and super helpful. I did provide feedback for bedding sheets and towels since the homeowners don't provide them so make sure to ask for the service or bring your own. Other than that, the home was equipped with so much and more! Although the home is a little outdated, the home feels inviting and you just feel there was so much thought to family, entertaining and overall comfortability with every inch of this home. We would totally book again. The only disappointing thing I think the men felt was they didn't catch any acceptable size fish! Thanks Connelly family for opening your home to us!

Great location and house

This place is located in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful property that is very convenient to the beach and to grocery shopping. The house is huge and has everything our large family needed, especially a swimming pool. It is right on the water and we were rented kayaks and were able to use them every single day. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes by car and easy to get to. Would definitely Rent again. Owner was responsive and pleasant.

The house is large and spacious with plenty of parking. Kids enjoyed the pool. Served the purpose of getting our family of 15 together. Location is close to the grocery stores and reasonably close to the beach. The house is quite outdated and needs some significant TLC and maintenance to restore it to the gorgeous place that I'm sure it once was.

Spectacular Family Thanksgiving

My family enjoyed themselves. I can't say that enough! Even though this may be a summer rental, we were warm and cozy. The large kitchen, with three refrigerators, allowed for all generations to cook together and present food buffet style for each meal. Also to their pleasure the kitchen is fully stocked!! We had family from Gainesville ga, long Island ny, Bronx and Staten Island nyc, Richmond va and Bridgeport Ct. With an added table from the garage we all had Thanksgiving dinner together without incident in the roomy dinning room.. The kids and teens loved the downstairs space and partied with siblings and two generations of cousins. This house may be dated but it is well kept and felt like a home away from home. We are even planning to return!

The location of this property was great and had plenty of room for everyone. There was a dock included in the rental. However when we arrived with a boat and three jet ski's we were then told we could not park our trailers in the driveway or on the grass. HOA rules. Owners response was he never said we could. At that point we had to take the trailers to a storage facility which cost us $120.00 extra for the week. Next was the pool, it was green for the better part of three days. The electric to the dock did not work, nor did the light. The ice maker leaked water all over the freezer and down the door. The refrigerator was filthy with spillage running down the shelves and sides.. The master bath sink had an x taped across it because it leaks. Could not use. The coffeemaker had old grounds in it with mold growing on top. The microwave had a large amount of spillage and grease under the glass turn table. The carpet in the living room was so stained up they laid throw rugs down to cover it up. We new from reading the reviews and the price of the rental that it was dated and we weren't getting a five star home. This house is not just dated it needs extensive repairs and upkeep. I don't know who cleans this place or what they are paid to clean but something needs to change. I do not reccomend this place.

Weekend GetAway with the Fam

The owner Kevin and his wife came by to greet my family and I. Made sure that our kids will have fun. Neighbors were really nice. The dock beach inlet was great. Caught alot of blue crabs, perch, spots and bass . Beach is less than 10 min away plus the stores was close enough for last minute things we needed to get. Pool was a good size though I wish they had a net to clean off the leaves that was falling off the trees. Overall experience was Great!! Will definitely be back ☺️
