Situated in a privileged location in the city and close to the metro, with which to visit the most emblematic sites, this open plan apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without lift that has been recently reformed in a modern and contemporary style. It has twin beds, bathroom with shower, balcony, lounge-dining room with sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is ideal for couples or small families.

It is well placed to visit the Olympic Village, the beaches, the Port, Barcelona Zoo and Ciutadella Park, which are all just a short walk away. You can also enjoy all types of water sports along the beaches.

Barceloneta Beach IV Apartments are located at the famous Barceloneta Beach, which is in the most traditional fishing neighbourhood and district of sailors. It boasts more than forty restaurants and bars where you can enjoy exquisite seafood or a drinks as you watch the sun set.

The apartments are close to different transport services, making it easy to move around the city and visit such amazing sites as the Sacred Family, the Ramblas, Güell Park, etc.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
