Magnificent house completely renovated and furnished in 2018.
With an elegant and comfortable decoration, the apartment is all exterior with spectacular views: The Roman Bridge, the River Guadalquivir River, the Gardens of the Alcazar de los Reyes Cristianos, the Royal Stables and the San Basilio neighborhood, are presented as part of the decoration of this "your vacation home".
The situation is unbeatable: at 300 ms. of the Reales Alcázares and 400 ms. of the wonderful Mosque. Its location offers you the opportunity to visit on foot all the historic center of the city declared "World Heritage Site by Unesco".
Only 100 ms away is one of the old access gates to the historic center of this city that was the capital of Al-Andalus: The Seville Gate.
Located on a seventh floor; It has two elevators; It is elegant and bright, perfectly insulated and heated (closures in PVC with double glazing, central heating and air conditioning). It consists of 2 perfectly differentiated zones; on the one hand, the living / dining / kitchen set, open and wide (45 m2), which due to its distribution and design, create different environments; and on the other hand, the area of the bathroom, toilet and the 3 bedrooms. Although the apartment is sized for 5 people, we estimate ideal, for a comfortable and relaxed enjoyment, the figure of 4 people, so that only in exceptional cases we will consider the figure of 5 guests,
