This beautiful property consists of 2 original houses. The larger house has two living areas, a dining room with original wood burning oven. Has 4 suites and a living in the second floor with 3 singel beds.

The property has a large yard equipped with a private swimming pool and enormous barbecue for enjoying fantastics meals and moments of relaxation.

There is also a small playground for children

Our group had an amazing stay at this villa. Beautiful house, perfect outside space for a large group to enjoy. The host was great and responsive if we needed anything. It is worth noting that water and beer on tap are provided if you want which worked out extremely economically for our group and saved the hassle of shopping for it. One thing to note is that only the dormitory was air conditioned. The other sleeping areas are quite hot in August. Also we needed to provide a 500 euro cash deposit which was in the small print but thankfully pointed out by the host the day before our arrival. All in all an absolutely fantastic experience and a great property for large groups.

Overall we were very pleased with the property and managers. Some specific callouts are the excellent pool area, and centralized outdoor bar/dining locations that acted as central focal point between the pool and main house locations, which were on lower and upper elevations respectively.

Vi trivdes jättebra, perfekt för en stor grupp på 18 personer som vi var. Vi anlitade en kock som Esteban rekommenderade som var helt fantastisk- rekommenderar starkt! Lugnt område, finns möjlighet till vandring och löpning i närheten. Många gemensamma ytor för middagar och gemensamt häng. Smidigt ta en taxi till Sitges om man vill åka dit. Kan varmt rekommendera detta!

Masia idéale pour vacances entre amis

Nous étions un groupe de 16 adultes + 5 enfants, et cette location est parfaite pour des vacances entre amis ou famille ! Nous avons trouvé les espaces vraiment conviviaux. Piscine top, entourée d'herbe et d'arbres, et nettoyée tous les jours. Le matériel de cuisine bien fourni était très pratique, les parents ont apprécié la présence des mixeurs plongeants, et du grand four pour cuire des gâteaux. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, assez de WC et de salles d'eau pour tout le monde. La situation de la villa, au milieu des champs d'oliviers et de la forêt est relaxante et permets de belles balades, surtout si vous avez des animaux de compagnies ! L'espace sous le chêne de 300 ans est parfait pour faire du sport en groupe ! Le propriétaire s'est montré très disponible et aidant. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix à mon sens.

Maison ancienne mais très conviviale

Grande maison ancienne, encore dans son jus mais très agréable, la cuisine extérieure est vraiment hyper pratique et conviviale pour les grands groupes! nous étions 13 et avons passé une super semaine en famille, Victoria et Esteban ont été vraiment très disponibles et serviables, un grand merci à eux! Le mobilier extérieur pourrait être un petit peu plus confortable peut être, il est fait en partie avec du matériel de récupération mais ça fait partie de l experience car je pense car nos hôtes étaient très attachés à respecter l environnement. La piscine est plus petite en réalité que sur les photos, on ne peut pas être à 15 dedans ;) et des matelas sur les bains de soleil auraient été un plus. Merci pour tout

El fin de semana fue increible, las instalaciones completisimas no falta nada, espectacular, la estancia es muy agradable, las habitaciones muy amplias y limpisimo todo. Zona chillout y barbacoa impresionante, la calefaccion perfecta no pasamos nada de frio. Estuvimos como en casa, cocina con todo equipado. Y la atencion muy cordial y amable por parte del dueño de la casa. Gracias, repetiremos

Escapada ideal para grupos

Para la pasada diada un grupo de 15 amigos buscamos un lugar cerca de Barcelona donde poder pasar la noche y el día festivo. La elección fue Cal Simo, y no pudo ser mejor elección. Cerca de la ciudad y a la vez ubicada en un entorno natural, la casa (o las casas, pues había diferentes edificios, todos a nuestra disposición) sobrepasó nuestras expectativas: grande, infinidad de habitaciones (compartidas y suites), grandes mesas, espacios cubiertos, semi-cubiertos y al aire libre, barbacoa, piscina, barra de bar en la terraza… todo decorado y distribuido con un excelente gusto. Además, había neveras, congeladores, enchufes, cubos de basura, cubiletes para los hielos por todas partes y un equipo de música junto a la barra con luces de discoteca y TV que ayudaron a amenizar la noche. El señor que lleva la casa, Esteban, nos atendió con cordialidad. Al ir tan solo una noche y un día, tuvo la cortesía de dejarnos permanecer en la casa hasta bien tarde para marchar cuando quisiéramos. En definitiva, una casa perfecta para grupos grandes que quieran disfrutar de un lugar apartado donde poder descansar y divertirse.
