26 plus anniversary

Great service from Kay, always very responsive and client oriented. The house was confortable with some small details here and there but nothing big and Kay was prompt to solve all issues. We had a great time and enjoyed the pool very much.Though, reaching the villa was not an easy task.

A great moment in a great place

I've booked the house for three nights to celebrate my birthday with my family and friends. The place is great; there are many bedrooms, so everybody can have his own space. Three bedrooms have a private bathroom, and there are two for the other bedrooms. The barbecue place is really nice for setting up a big table next to it and enjoying dinner outside with some music. If you do not have a car, it can be a bit difficult to find a taxi directly to the house or to the airport, but we managed to do it. I recommend the place and this house,to welcome which is meant people and good vibes.

Until about a week or two before our arrival the communication with the host Kay was absolutely terrible. She was very slow to respond to any questions which is not what I expect when I pay 8000 to stay in a house for a week. I had sworn that I would never rent from VRBO again. The final straw was when I asked her a simple question about the tennis court. It remained unanswered and after a week I complained because 14 guests were awaiting the reply! It was then that Yvette took over and everything ran smoothly from then on. She was friendly and efficient and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a lovely holiday from that point on The Villa was very beautiful with spacious and comfortable communal rooms and cozy bedrooms, many with en suite bathrooms. There were large communal dining areas both inside and out. There was a games room and ping pong table which were much appreciated. The enormously and well maintained grounds ensured privacy and seclusion. There is a large pool in the grounds with a slide and diving board which provided hours of entertainment for all ages. There was also a tennis court which was much appreciated. There were beautiful views of the distant sea from the dining porch. This is a rule magical place and I recommend it unreservaby.Dr Miranda Preston

Great birthday

Had a very nice time at the house. The place was not as undisturbed as expected (we were warned about problematic neighbors) but luckily this did not become an issue. Sadly we had less double beds for couples than anticipated which caused some issues. Check-in could have been smoother, as there were some contracts and additional costs that were not anticipated. Overall however the house was great and ideal for larger celebrations, had a great birthday here
