Cozy Family Home Within Minutes Of A&M!
Our cozy home provides a relaxing space for families with children or friends looking for a warm environment to spend time together. Situated only 3 miles from the A&M campus, we are a great option for game day weekends or a retreat with friends.
Our 2,100 square foot home offers ample common areas including a nice living room, dining room, separate breakfast table nook, half bath and play room downstairs. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms offer plenty of space for a variety of sleeping options. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed and twin bunk beds. The couch is also very comfy as well. :)
The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances such as a coffee maker, Ninja blender, Breville juicer, Breville toaster oven, Kitchen aide stand mixer, etc. You will have full access to our home and we are available to help with anything throughout your stay!
The living room is peaceful with comfy seating and offers a Samsung Frame TV. We have a TV in the primary bedroom, but do not offer cable. We have chromecast so you can cast anything you can play off your phone or device onto the TV (sports games, Netflix, amazon prime, YouTube, Hulu etc.)

I am Texas Aggie class of '10. My husband and I are locals and have enjoyed growing up and raising our family in the Bryan/College Station area.
Why they chose this property
The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away from the bustle and noise of the city, and yet so close to all the action. Benefit from the retreat like atmosphere, all while maintaining proximity to the University (hello football games) restaurants and nightlife.
What makes this property unique
We love out cozy home! The common space is large enough to entertain many people and we are always hosting and having people over. My personal favorite is our living room, which boasts large windows that let in lots of natural sunlight throughout the day!
