A charming and cozy apartment with a beautiful view over the Tagus River, located in one of the most charismatic streets of Alfama, the most typical and historical neighborhood in the heart of Lisbon. The building is located in a traditional street near the Fado Museum, the National Pantheon and the São Vicente Church. There are a several restaurants, Fado Houses and supermarkets nearby. ￫ Starting on September 19 there will be renovation work on the building's facade.

Déçue et prestations pas à la hauteur au vue du coût

Bonjour, le logement était très petit, inadapté pour rester se reposer ou dîner en famille. Bien que suréquipé (lave linge, lave vaisselle), il n y a quasi aucun équipement pour faire la cuisine « normalement » : pas de poêle, pas d égouttoir, etc. Le robinet de la cuisine est abimé rendant compliqué son utilisation (voire impossible) ; la salle de bain peu confortable comprend une robinetterie cheap occasionnant des fuites. Pas d espace pour accrocher serviettes. Odeurs d égouts qui remontent régulièrement. Et odeur très forte de cigarettes due aux voisins du dessous, gros fumeurs. Le logement n est vraiment pas pensé comme une habitation du quotidien, plutôt comme un logement renové certes avec goût, mais de manière vétuste et peu fonctionnel ; juste pour y dormir. Literie à changer Par contre l emplacement est top. Et même s il faut grimper 3 étages bien raides, la petite vue sur le Tage fait son effet.
