Wonderful stay in a lovely apartment

This place was great and perfect for our time in Lisbon. We had a couple of questions about things and the property manager was quick to reply. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable; we all slept great. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a good location and initially the communication with the host was good. We only stayed for a night, but there were things that I didn't like and would prevent me from staying there again. I stayed at 4 different VRBO while in Portugal. I recognize the homes are older, but the bathroom and bedroom doors didn't close. The guests were asked to dispose of their own trash. This doesn't seem like a huge deal, but there are 4 steep flights of stairs. Only being there one night, I didn't have much, but not even being able to throw a tissue out was inconvenient. There were no directions for operating the heat and the host did not respond to text messages requesting instructions. It was very cold in the apartment in February, and the beds were uncomfortable and we did not sleep well at all. The message about the heat was sent at 8:30 pm and we were asked to message when we arrived. we sent the request about operating the heat at the same time as our arrival, but only received a response the next day after we checked out saying sorry we missed your message.

Wonderful place to stay

The location could have not been better. The apartment is on the fifth floor, and it has a beautiful view of the neighborhood. Be ready for the stairs, as buildings in Lisbon most of the times don’t have elevator. Monica was our contact and she was great, always responsive and friendly. I would come back to this apartment if I go to Lisbon again.

Moin, wir hatten schöne Tage in Lissabon und eine angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung, zu der gut 70 Treppenstufen fĂŒhren ist wie beschrieben. Schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung mit zwei Kindern und 2 Erwachsenen war sehr angenehm. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut; wir haben viele Tipps bekommen. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Wunderbare niedliche Altstadtwohnung

In diesem zentralgelegenen schönen kleinen Apartment hat man alles was man fĂŒr eine StĂ€dtetour benötigt . Eine kleine KĂŒche mit Herd, Backofen und einer Waschmaschine . Die Wohnung ist in der 5. Etage, aber der Blick ĂŒber die DĂ€cher von Lissabon entschĂ€digt. Das Apartment ist sauber, klein und hat morbiden Charme. Alles ist super zu Fuß oder mit Metro und Tram erreichbar. Die Korrespondenz mit dem Vermieter hat super geklappt. Jederzeit wieder!

Charmante Wohnung in belebter Gegend

Charmante, individuell und originell eingerichtete Wohnung mit kleinem Balkon, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Sehr netter, flexibler und unkomplizierter Empfang sowie Check-out. Man sollte in der Beschreibung vielleicht aber doch erwĂ€hnen, dass die Whg. im 5. Stock liegt und die Treppen recht steil sind. Das könnte fĂŒr manche Menschen schwierig sein. Das Viertel ist sehr belebt, auch nachts und es wird in der unmittelbaren Umgebung viel saniert, also aktuell eher keine ruhige Oase.

Lovely flat

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Flat was very airy and the balcony was especially lovely to view Lisbon. Highly recommend. Note that it is located on the fifth floor with fairly steep stairs to access. But well worth the climb.

Wunderbare Wohnung, zentral und doch ruhig gelegen, direkt an der Linie 28 . Wenn man eine kleine Oase mitten unter den Einheimischen sucht, eine saubere, liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung wĂŒnscht und morgens im Sonnenschein auf dem kleinen Balkon seinen Cafe schlĂŒrfen möchte, dann ist man hier genau richtig! Die Stadt lĂ€sst sich ab der HaustĂŒre per Linie 28 oder direkt zu Fuß perfekt erkunden. Martin empfing uns herzlich und nahm sich viel Zeit, um uns alles zu erklĂ€ren und ein paar Insider Tipps zu geben. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung ĂŒber den DĂ€chern der Stadt

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung ĂŒber den DĂ€chern der Altstadt am Rand des Bairro Alto, daher keine vorbeiziehenden TouristenschwĂ€rme und dafĂŒr viel Flair. Martin und seine KollegInnen sind sehr nette und ausgesprochen engagierte Gastgeber. Wir haben zusammen mit unseren beiden Töchtern vier Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Jederzeit wieder!
