Our flat is perfect, with an excellent quality / price ratio, and outdoor table and chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast under the trees;)!

The lovely and cozy ORANGE STUDIO WITH OUTDOOR SPACE, fully renovated on 2016, is in the heart of Rome, near the Colosseum, the Roman Forum and many other tourist sites such as Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano.

Esquilino neighborhood, one of the seven hills of Rome, where you can appreciate the real roman way-of-life, and just a short walk from Termini train station, connected with no-stop.

Gelato (Ice Cream) Factory is behind the corner, and many shops, groceries cafés and parks are nearby as well.

The apartment is ideally located to use public transportation as it is only 100 meters from Manzoni Metro Station and lots of buses lines. It is just two metro stops to Termini station, 5 stops to Trevi Fountain and 8 stops to Vatican-St. Peter (15 from home).

The apartment is in an early 1940s restored building, very elegant, safe and quiet, with common garden.

It is a charming, colorful and modern Studio, with living room, BRAND NEW DOUBLE BED with latex mattress, kitchen corner, bathroom with shower.
Furthermore, as a plus, there is a small outdoor area, where you can have your coffee or relax after visiting Rome.

Lovely trip in Roma

Nice and clean studio, perfect for a short trip to discover the City. You can easily walk to the main monuments and places to see, or you can use the metro, at 8 minutes walking. Paolo and Flavio d’été really Nice with us.

Nice quiet place with excellent connections

Das Appartement liegt im Souterrain, das ist bei sommerlichen Temperaturen außerordentlich angenehm (Klimaanlage vorhanden). Im Durchgang (zwei Nachbarn) kann man auch sitzen, rauchen ist dort erlaubt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und zweckmäßig, Bad und kleine Küche sind integriert. Hervorragend ist die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Metro, Bus und Tram sind auf kürzestem Weg erreichbar. Mit einer Wochenkarte - 24 Euro - kommt man schnell an alle wichtigen Orte. Paolo kann sehr hilfreiche Tipps geben (sehr gut ist auch die kostenlose App "moovit"). Alles in allem ist das Manzonihouse gut für einen kurzen bis mittleren Aufenthalt, um die 'Ewige Stadt' intensiver kennen zu lernen. Man sollte jedoch auf Touristenströme an den meisten bekannt

Perfect little place near the coliseum!

Overall a wonderful stay in this little orange studio! The space is small, but with the really tall ceilings and the amount of light that comes in the room as well as all the lights in the place, it feels open. Here is my summary: Check-in // The owner was unable to meet me, but his friend came instead. We actually messaged over whatsapp days before I arrived so that we could arrange how we met. Everything about the place was explained in detail as well as tips about where to go. Overall this was excellent. Room // The bed was super comfortable, AC / Heating unit in the room which worked well, a lot of plugs (great for charging), enough space to put your clothing and luggage, despite a super tiny kitchen (which is normal in Italy), it has all the stuff you need to cook a great meal, bathroom small but enough space to get ready and nice sizeable walk-in shower with hot water and great pressure. There is good energy in the room and I felt very comfortable there the 6 nights I stayed. It is very dark in the room and the neighbors are quiet so I got the best sleeps here. Location // Safe area, super close to coliseum, restaurants, metro and grocery stores. It is a bit of a walk to other popular spots like the Fontana di Trevi or the Vatican, but like I said, the metro is right there and it’s easy to navigate. Or do what I did and walk everywhere to burn off the drinks, apperitivo snacks and pasta, it was definitely worth it and I even lost a bit by the time I went home. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and I recommend to stay here if you are looking for great value for money!

Clean, Fresh & Always so Helpful!

Paolo's apartment was a dream!! It was exactly how it's pictured on airbnb. It was clean, stocked and he showed us where to catch busses and metros to get to everything we wanted to see. We were also provided with a guidal suggesting restaurants, and it offered to book cooking classes etc. for us! The location was amazing, right near the coliseum! It was around the corner from a pharmacy and a supermarket. Paolo was helpful and checked in a time or two to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and we had extra towels and clean bedsheets. Would 100% recommend to my friends!

Great place!

Paolo was very hospitable, and the studio was a great place. It was comfortable and cozy, and we greatly enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend it.
