The Villa is located at the peaceful gulf of Sklithri - Kanapitsa.
While being one of the most beautiful residences on the island, the property offers the unique advantage of access to a semi-private Beach with crystal clear blue waters and golden sand. Conveniently located on the islands main road at a distance of 4 km from the town of Skiathos and the main port of the island and 6 km from the island’s airport, the villa offers both privacy and serenity away for the island’s buzz as well as easy access to all key sites. With the bus stop being effectively outside the villa’s wall, everything is just a few minutes away without the need of renting a car. The villa’s decoration is modern vintage and of good taste with high quality furniture and its veranda breath taking view is famous across the island. Covering 250 m2 of internal floor surface, split in two levels, the property blends perfectly with the local architecture and scenery.

Family holiday

Perfect location and property for a family holiday. The owners and agent were fantastic and let us stay for an extra 2 nights after the horrendous storm that hit the island. Would highly recommend this property.

A fantastic house beautifully located with amazing views and the real highlight of a sandy beach at the bottom of the steps with some nice shade and calm, shallow water for the kids plus rocky bits to explore. Very well equipped house, beach towels provided was a nice touch and very useful as we spent most days on the beach. Conveniently located by a bus stop a short ride into town and a few minutes walk (down the main road) from a lovely beach taverna at Sklithri. The only downside to this glorious Skiathos retreat was the bit of noise from the road, but balanced out by the convenience for public transport.

Stunning view and amazing space

We had a group of us stay for a week and the villa was perfect. We hired a chef one night for a small party and the outdoor bbq space is ideal for this. We will definitely be back again! The host is super responsive and no issues at all.

Unforgettable

Those at Villa Penelope were unforgettable days. A beautiful, elegant but authentic house, with perfectly divided spaces to share but also have privacy. The view is unique and the beach for the use of the villa, a real dream. We had a great time and also excellently assisted by the host and his staff.

Fantastic accommodation

We were three families, six adults and four kids. The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures, it is on the main road where the bus stops, so you do not really need a car to visit Skiathos or to reach the beaches located in the south part of the island. During our stay we met the owner of the villa, she was very kind always asking us if we needed something. Christina, the house manager, is amazing, she took care of all our need giving us information about renting the cars, or the cheapest supermarkets. The private beach is a paradise!

AMAZING HOLIDAY VILLA!

We visited Skiathos and Villa Penelope at spring time. It is an ideal house for families with children as both the house and the beach are easily accessible. The villa has huge spaces with big balconies and a breathtaking view! One of the advantages is that you can also rent a boat and keep it at the beach downstairs. The manager and the cleaning team were both very helpful and friendly with everything we needed. They proposed us nice places and kept the property clean and well equipped! Generally the villa is well maintained and has tasteful decor. It has also huge open spaces ideal for parties. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back!

Great location

Fantastic view and easy walking distance to bus stop and top notch restaurants in both directions. There’s also a great mini market within walking distance that has delicious bakery items and other grocery and extra items that are reasonably priced and that they deliver free. The semi-private beach was pleasant though recommend water shoes to protect against rocks and sea urchins. You are expected to have all items you need for your stay, including cleaning items, which was a surprise to us. However Christina did the best she could to help and checked on us periodically to make sure all was going well. They are very responsive to any issues you might have. Be aware the bathroom on the lower floor in the corner does not provide a pleasant shower situation as little hot water reaches it.

1 Woche mit Freunden

Die Unterkunft ist für eine größere Gruppe geeignet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist umwerfend schön. Und der direkte Zugang zum Meer mit dem Privatstrand ein besonderer Luxus. Einziges Manko ist die befahrene Küstenstraße am Haus. Der untere Wohnbereich ist nicht so schön, wie der obere Wohnbereich. Hier sollte etwas nachgebessert werden. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Christina war schnell und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles!

Wir waren einen Gruppe mit 8 Personen und hatten einender schöne Woche dort. Die Terrasse mit traumhaften Blick ist das Highlight von diesem Haus. das Wohnzimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche zweckmäßig. Die Schlafzimmer zur Meerseite sind sehr schön. Die Bäder und die untere Wohnung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betreuuung vor Ort war sehr gut und immer erreichbar.

The best holiday for a large group with varying interests.

The house is perfect for 11, slightly squashed for 12. It has all the amenities we need. The kitchen is well provided to cater to large groups. Being on bus stop 11 allows individual freedom of movement, lovely for young adults—walking distance to the supermarket which will deliver to the house. Not having a car posed no burden to us. The semi-private beach is a dream. We highly recommend this house.

Perfect place for a perfect holiday

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids (4 years old and 10 months old) and everything was perfect. The house was amazing and the beach was perfect for the kids. You have everything you need next to the house and Christos was very prompt to our questions and helped us every time.

Wunderbar gelegene Villa mit herrlicher Aussicht aufs Meer

Wir, das sind zwei Familien mit insgesamt 7 Personen, haben wunderschöne Tage in der Villa verbracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns die atemberaubende Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind gross und geräumig, das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Kunst, die es überall zu sehen gibt, hat uns gefallen. Die Villa hat eine gute Lage: In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in der Stadt, aber auch die schönen Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben auch die Ruhe am Privatstrand genossen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

la villa è proprio come in foto, anzi dal vivo è ancora più bella. La casa è molto adatta per famiglie con figli, noi eravamo 11 persone e siamo stati comodissimi. La casa è molto attrezzata, spaziosa, con vista mozzafiato e tutti i comfort che ti consentono di vivere una bella e comoda vacanza!! Skiathos è un'isola ricca di spiagge anche semideserte (la parte nord) ed un clima splendido. La casa dista pochi chilometri dalla città di Skiathos e si trova su un promontorio bellissimo.
